GIVES YOU HIS FULL ATTENTION.
I have been a patient for many years. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and issues. I always feel he takes his time with me. Never a rush to get through an appointment, but instead his full attention focused on me. He really cares for his patients and it shows.

I really liked Dr. Ginocchio. I almost left a negative review before I even saw him due to how rude the receptionist was when I made my appointment. I'm glad I waited. The receptionist who greeted me when I arrived was a different one and very friendly. Dr. Ginocchio spent a great deal of time going over every detail of my health and giving Neurological tests. I feel confident in his expertise, and anyone who says he is not extremely friendly and personable, must have just got him on a bad day or was not friendly themselves.

I have been seeing Dr G since my diagnosis in 2007. I am 100% confident in his ability to treat me and guide me though this. He always gives me options - with pros and cons - and lets me be involved in the decision making for treatment. I also feel that he takes my setbacks seriously, almost personally. While he has a very full patient load, he always takes the time I need for every appointment. Once I'm in his office, the outside pressures go away and he gives me his time and attention. Like someone else said, I hope he never retires - not that he doesn't deserve it.

Dr. G was recommended by a close friend who also has Dystonia. I would 110% recommend him to anyone with Dystonia. He LISTENS and asks questions and also will not do anything that you do not want him to do. He recommends treatment that is suitable for your needs and works WITH you, not against you. I have been seeing him for Botox injections for my Dystonia and the treatment has helped me so much. I feel like a have a piece of my life back.

Dr Ginocchio diagnosed me correctly, and although the wait time was longer than I would have liked to schedule to see him, it was worth it. Follow up with his office constantly and tell him what you need, and it'll be good.

Dr G and his partner refuse to follow up with patients seen at the hospital where THEY practice. They treat you while in the hospital then just send you into oblivion.....no other doctors want to pick up where another doctor has left off....i.e. testing done at the hospital, plans of care etc all go out the window once you are discharged from the hospital. This is abandonment and the fact that they don't care, slays me. Hopefully Kharma sneaks up on them.......

Dr. Ginocchio has been my neurologist for 13 years and I have never had anything but a pleasant experience with his office. He is a wonderful doctor who definitely takes the time to make sure all your questions are answered and makes sure that you understand everything about your neurological health.
