I would not leave him he’s saved my life
I have many many many rare and unusual issues, medical problems skin issues and sever allergies to multiple medications-my bp and pulse will not control due to something called autonomic disorders. I have CFS, fibro, Sjogren syndrome- and several other plaguing issues. Not even my specialist listen to me like he does. He has though through and researched so many issues and treatments for me. If it were not for his caring, his intelligence and integrity to patient care. I will probably be dead. I am thankful and forever greatful to find a doctor that would take me with my conditions. My care from him has been far superior than best of the best at Mayo Clinic or Vanderbilt or St Thomas. He and his FNP are above and beyond. And I’ve seen so many doctors and specialists I’ve lost count. I do know how luck and thankful I am to him and that he’s listed to me. He’s not discarded me for my medical problems - he’s worked exceedingly hard to help me find cures, treatments or a quality of life

Dr. Dill is an EXCELLENT 5-star family physician but most of his staff, office management and policies and urgent accessibility is so poor that I cannot recommend him. His office will not accept or even acknowledge calls, texts or faxes from your pharmacy which is a VITAL link to your health. After several years of mounting frustration with his staff, and now with HIS disgruntled attitude with me since airing my concerns to him, I'm sadly in search of a new PCP. Sorry, but I cannot recommend him unless he installs a new staff ... Starting with his office manager who claims they quit accepting correspondence with pharmacies because staff gets overwhelmed with pharmacy calls and faxes ... A TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE excuse. The OM could not provide a single instance of an unimportant fax from a pharmacy which, BTW, doesn't have time to SEND unimportant faxes. Also, I resent having to wait overnight or after the weekend to get a response from his office which seldom if ever answers the phone. But, best wishes to Dr. Dill.

Down to Earth
Dr. Dill is an excellent physician. He is extremely competent and takes the time to explain every detail. If a specialist is needed, he acts as a guide to get you the best possible care. I trust him completely.

My first visit with Dr. Dill.
Wow, this is the doctor I've been looking for. He is very friendly and kind and explained how to cure my health problem in plain language. He even gave me a handwritten note on the exact steps to take. Every one of his staff that I met was friendly and helpful. The office setting is inviting and comfortable. I couldn't ask for more.

He doesn't care.
I was seeing Dr. Dill for a few years now. I have several things wrong with my health. But all he wants to talk about is diabetes. I'm sick to death of talking about diabetes all the time. I have other problems too! And, I just get the feeling that he doesn't care, at all. I mean that's great, I don't care but you don't have to be so obvious about it. Also, they wouldn't call in my medicine because I missed one appointment. I have found a new doctor and start seeing her next month.

Dr. Dill is very friendly and down to earth! He always puts me at ease and really listens to me... He never gets in a hurry.. He is quick to refer me to a specialist if my problem requires it. I would recommend Dr.Dill to my family and friends.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Dill for 2 years now. I’m not sure what’s gone on in the past few months but no one ever answers the phone or returns your calls. I’ve text and asked to speak to someone numerous times as well as leaving the messages. I’m not sure if he no longer wants to see us or what’s going on. If that’s the case, send out a letter or something.

Dr Dill actually listened to me and took care of my problem in the first visit. I had been to another doctor for the same issue previously and she took a "let's try this and see if it works" approach. Dr Dill listened to what I said, and took my issue seriously and solved it. Excellent Doctor!

A very fast and efficient clinic. I was impressed that Dr. Dill took me from my seat in the waiting to the exam room. The staff is great. I would recommend to any of my friends and family.

I've been seeing Dr Dill quarterly for 6 years. I have Diabetes that I take insulin and pills for daily, CAD, which I take 3 pills for daily, along with 2 other issues that I take pills daily for. When I first began seeing Dr Dill many of these issues were out of control. My previous doctors were only increasing my dosages which wasn't improving my health. Since seeing Dr Dill my health is under control due to his diligent research of newly discovered practices and medicines. Thank you!

This clinic is very unefficient and they don't follow up. I have to make several calls to get put on hold. My family were all patients there with Dr Dill and he is quick to hand out the newest drugs but doesnt get to the root of any problem. We have spent alot of money going there to get very little help. Dont waste your money or time with them.
