Telemedicine annoyance
I was scheduled a telemedicine appointment with Dr Devereaux's office. Upon calling into the appointment, the app requested my phone use the microphone and camera. I allowed the use of both. The app then blocked my microphone PERMANENTLY and I am unable to reinitialize my phone's microphone. They kept saying it was on my end, and when I tried calling, their office was closed. Their customer service is completely insensitive, and it is impossible to get a live person in their scheduling department. I feel like their service is completely faulty, and they don't have any compassion for their patients. They are closed on Fridays, which is also unacceptable as it's the only day I can have off work for their appointments. They also sent conflicting text messages stating that my appointment was to be in the office, as I was sent a telemedicine appointment app. Very annoying, and not worth the trouble. It was a simple follow-up but the stress they caused degraded my health.

Dr. Deveraux gave me my life back. He correctly diagnosed me after years of misdiagnosis and possible unnecessary surgical interventions. It was so hard to move out of state knowing I would have to find another doctor. None have come close to his level of care and compassion.

I can't imagine having a better doctor in this field. He spends plenty of time with you, is thorough, includes integrative health care, and is very versed and current in was happening in this field. He listens to your request and explains everything thoroughly. I am not easily pleased and I would highly recommend Dr Devereaux
