Treated me like a real person
I'm in my mid-60's and I was totally scared to death to have an oral procedure done. When I told him this, he took the time to sit in his chair, put his hand on my arm, pulled his mask down so I could actually see a real person, and told me that this was really straight-forward, and assured me there would be no pain involved. He explained the entire process and made sure I had no further questions. I appreciated being able to see a live human's face instead of just a set of eyes! Thank you!
