Dr. Christopher Crooker, MD

I wouldnt go to him if I were on my deathbed. Shouldnt have a medical license. Cant be trusted.

I have been a patient for over 20 yrs. He’s is very kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. I have always felt seen and heard by him. He does have a wait personally for appts ( I schedule at my appts for next time)but you can get earlier appts very quickly with someone else and they consult with him. He has personally called me on weekends and I have never had a long wait time. I love his practice so much that I will be traveling back for appts from states away.

My family has been going to Dr Crooker for over 20 years. My adult children and grandchildren continue to use him as their family doctor when they have families of their own. He’s always been very attentive and supportive. He’s been very responsive to messages through the patient portal. When at his office he takes time to explain things and listens to his patients.

I transferred to this office after my Dr retired. The wait time for appointments is ridiculous. I show up early and have had to wait at minimum 45 minutes each time. Unacceptable .

We changed over to Dr. Crooker after over 20 yrs with another doctor after we saw the wonderful care that one of our friends was receiving from him. He is absolutely the most most attentive and caring physician that we have ever had! His knowledge and professionalism is unmatched by any we have known. We put our total trust in this man and his staff. If you need help, they are there. All phone calls are returned promptly and if you ever have an after hours emergency, Dr. Crooker returns calls usually within just a few minutes. The only good person at this office was Richard. Since he is no longer there it sucks. Dr Crooker and his entire faculty is awful. Uncaring and sketchy stuff going on in that office. Leaving to go somewhere else after 17 years.

I cannot trust this Doctor.

My patient confidentiality was BREACHED by this office, due to someone who works within the offices gossiping in her office about MY personal business. I have complained, and my messages and refill requests have been ignored by them ever since. Unless you want your medical and personal details gossiped about, then I would stay WELL away from this place. I have an open case with the OCR regarding the breach of my patient confidentiality. I wouldn’t trust this place if my life depended on it. They’re horrific. They breach your confidentiality, and then ignore you regarding important medication. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I also have all of the proof and evidence that my patient confidentiality was breached at this office. They won’t even reply to my message and explain WHY they breached my patient confidentiality, they’ve just ignored me ever since. I will be pursuing my case with the OCR to the fullest degree. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Dr crooker spends time with you and talks to you and helps figure out problems how to help he never tries to rush. If he has samples he thinks will help you he will give you samples. He is so helpful he wants the best for his patients.

Dr. Crooker has been my primary physician since 2012 he’s patient and has a great bedside manner, he always sit and discuss problems that you’re having and if he can treat it he will but if you need to see a specialist he will get you to the best I like every one in the office very kind people.

Difficult to get and appointment in a reasonable time frame. Example: sick appointment booked till March.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crookers for many years. I know several of his other patients as well. He is caring and knowledgeable and we have all referred our friends and/or family members to his practice. His schedule and his office are always busy but he never appears stressed and never makes his patients feel rushed. His staff is friendly and helpful. An appointment in his office is a much better experience than appointments with other medical providers.

I WOULDN'T know! Been with his office for years and in the past 3 years if you are in need of a Doctor, because you are really sick. I have been told 3 different times can't see you for 3 days. My reply was I am in need of a Doctor, and I am told go to the Emergency room. I was told most recently that I could not get any antibiotics for a skin issue that was noted in my chart and was told no can't give you any because you haven't been here in a year , ,, What is the problem ? So I mention finding another Doctor and was immediately cut off and was asked where can I send your records ? Doctor Crooker your staff is either over worked or dosen't want to work at all! Your office should be ashamed!!!! You Doctor Crooker are only as good as your staff....

Great group of doctors and staff. Just so hard to get an appointment because they are in demand.

I have been a patient of this practice for over ten years and have consistently received competent and compassionate care from the providers. In addition to a high level of care, I am always impressed with the cheerful way they conduct business. With such a large practice it would be easy to skip over those little details-most healthcare practices do-and it’s refreshing to receive both quality care and professional, courteous staff. The only issue I’ve ever encountered is long wait time.

Dr. Crooker is very helpful and thoughtful. He listens and studies to solve health issues. Prompt with lab results and follow up. I like the offices online services and automated systems.

I have been going to Dr. Crooker for 20 years. He is excellent. You can e-mail him to get refills and ask questions. He responds right away. He always has a smile and attends to my medical needs right away. I recommend him to family and friends.
