Dr. Cook was very thorough. He listened to my symptoms and explained the options available. The day of surgery, he was friendly and informative. My back is much better. The procedure fixed my problem. I would recommend Dr. Cook to anyone.

Poor patient service
I receive an injury serving my community and what do I get...a three-month wait to get in to see a neck specialist, a > 2.5 hour wait, and a rude nurse. Nice!
