Made decision without review
Dr. Chenelle made a decision to defer treatment without full interview, review of records, physical examination or ever meeting me. This is causing defer or delay in care, increase in cost of care, upset, unnecessary expense/time for prep, etc. He told me one thing, did a different thing, never notified the surgeon or myself causing me to proceed with a prep as if I was going to be having procedure as scheduled. Unnecessary, rash decision. Very disappointed and shows his lack or experience and respect for patients.
