Dr. Christopher Cassetty, MD

I saw Dr. Cassetty for the 1st time about 3 months ago, for an overall exam. He was not only thorough, but was patient & a really good listener. He took the time to thoughtfully answer all my questions & respond to my concerns. I felt, without question, that he was committed to treating the 'whole' patient. My follow-up appt, for a few minor excisions, was quickly scheduled for just a couple weeks later. Again, he explained the procedure & post-op care & everything went smoothly. The office staff, too, was friendly & handled all the scheduling & insurance issues very efficiently.

As a health care provider myself, I have a very high expectation for the providers I choose for my own healthcare. When looking for a dermatologist, Dr. Cassetty was the third dermatology office I visited after the first two were sorely disappointing. The first thing to note is the cleanliness of the reception room and the friendliness of the front desk team. NEVER discount the need of having the front desk team as a caring, efficient unit because they are the ones who will help you make appointments, manage your insurance needs and help to smooth out any issues that may arise whenever third party insurance is involved. Dr. Cassetty’s front desk team is wonderful in every regard. I have always been seen on time, and Dr. Cassetty does a VERY thorough examination, taking time to explain what he sees and making recommendations as to what to do in a “no pressure” way. He checks off every box in the “excellence in health care” category and I recommend him without any reservation.

I was charged an inflated lab fee since I am uninsured. The lab offered to reduce with Christopher’s sign off but he would not do so despite repeated requests. Would stay away if from his practice of you don’t have full insurance coverage.

Saw him for annual skin cancer screening, was very pleased with visit. Prompt, personable, and thorough.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. I will be schduling a checkup for my husband soon!

I have been coming here for years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr Cassetty is very professional. The new assistant, Jennifer is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. This is the go to place for all dermatology needs.
