The staff was super friendly. I've never had a dental hygienist do the ultrasonic cleaning on my teeth and it was amazing. The office was comfortable and extremely clean. We have been going to another dentist in town for 4 years but decided to try Dr. Baker when my hubby needed a crown because our other dentist was going to charge lots more and needless to say, we will be using him from now on. So far we are very satisfied with him and his staff.

Today, 09/08/2020, I sat in the exam chair and turned to observe the dental assistant take my brand new mouth guard out of the container and place it on the bare counter with her naked, unwashed, and ungloved hands. Hands that had just touched a doorknob. Dr. Baker walked in and I told him what I saw. He stated, with a smile, "we can wash it." As he spoke I turned and observed his assistant drop my mouth guard on the floor. Dr. Baker then stated, "it really has to be washed now." The assistant washed my mouth guard as Dr. Baker rambled on and proceeded with the exam. He then instructed her to go and give my mouth guard a good polish. I then told Dr.Baker that I was feeling some type of way... disgusted and pissed... about the unsafe handling of my mouth guard and Dr. Baker stated ," I wasn't in here then." "I'm sorry, but, you know the girls wash there hands all the time. There hands are as clean as the gloves in the box." I was shocked, disappointed and dismayed at that ignorance.

This is the most kindest and gentle dentist I have ever been too. His assistants are great. I have had fillings, implants and now extraction. He treats me so kind. Peggy in the office is very pleasant when you call and will get you in. I highly recommend him to everyone.
