Dr. Vo answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly and patiently. I felt well-informed and treated with professionalism & kindness.

I went to urgent care to check on my leg and foot because I fell on them on the cement. I was explaining to her what happened and she then to told me to get to the emergency room at the hospital right away because the fall "may" have cause me to get a blood clot. So I went to the emergency room and The doctor examined me, gave me x-rays. They told me that wouldn't cause me to get a blood clot at all and they seemed shocked that she said that to me. That wasn't right for her to get me scared about this. I don't want services from her again. Beware of her.

She is very insensitive to your pains . Off the bat came in judge mental and throwing dept of justice facts and regulation mind you she did not even look at my history. Never have I been prescribed any pain med she wanted to give me muscle relaxer for my kidney pain. Aside from being a insensitive person she should be ashamed of herself. She didn't even bother looking into my valid bladder infection as a source of pain.

This doctor unprofessional I went into urgent care for chronic pain a condition that I have been dealing with for over a year. I refused the treatments the Toradol this dr requested because it has made me really sick in the past as well as I can not handle the steroids the dr requested to give me. I now have drug seeking behaviors according to this dr even though I never asked for pain medications I even asked if there was anything non narcotic that can do. This doctor should be ashamed.
