Dr. Rivera is a wonderful doctor! She was recommended by one of my friends whose children are patients of hers. She saw my daughter at the hospital when she was born and has been seeing her ever since. She is always accommodating to me and always addresses my concerns. She is an excellent pediatrician!

We waited 1.5 hours to see Dr. Rivera. After she finally came to the room, she left 3 different times to do something else. She was not listening to the information I was giving her and I kept having to repeat myself. She showed no concern for the patient and was incredibly condescending. She never apologized for the long wait time or for leaving the room. The staff members at her practice are amazing.
