Years of satisfaction
My daughter has been seeing Dr. Polcari for over 15 years and we have loved our experience with her. We've always felt she listened well and took time to ask her questions directly as my daughter got older. I've definitely had issues with South Shore Health in general, but never with Dr. Polcari directly.

We have been seeing Dr. Polcari since 2016 and she is wonderful! My husband and I are extremely comfortable with her, she answers all questions and is very attentive to our daughter. I would recommend her to all my family and friends. I also love that the office has night hours which has come in handy on more than one occasion.

Agree with other commentor that said just types notes and barely looks at your child. This was our 3rd Pedi at South shore and my last experience with the group. My child needed bloodwork signed off on that had been ordered by his specialist, Dr. Polcari refused. Turns out results showed a problem that could have been addressed alot sooner if I hadn't had to switch to a new group. Never bring your child to her or South Shore Med if you are a strong advocate for your child's care.

We had a horrible experience with her. She billed us incorrectly multiple times, and when we saw her she spent most of the visit typing her notes into the computer and barely looking at my daughter. She also referred my 1 month old baby to an eye specialist which she did not need, even the eye specialist said he was confused as to why we were there. It seems like she is more concerned with avoiding a lawsuit and typing into her computer than she was with my daughters general health.
