Dr. Christine Pierre, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Pierre since 2023 due to ongoing headaches. I had an MRI and everything came back normal so she had me try a prevention med which did not help and she told me to let her know if there was another med that I was interested in trying. I had no luck so I just trudged through for 1.5 years doing follow up every 6 months, taking ibuprofen as I could, and going to the ER a few times when they got extremely intolerable. In August of 2024 I requested a sleep study by my own volition to see if I had sleep apnea and the clinic dropped the ball in getting the equipment ordered. I had to call 2-3 times to get it sent and it wasn't delivered to me until Nov. 2024. I was sick for the majority of November into early January so was unable to complete the testing because I didn't want my results to be skewed due to being ill. In January a man from the sleep study equipment just showed up at my house unannounced without any warning to pick up the equipment and said he would have another one sent out to me. I never received it or got follow up. My mother in law gave me a couple of her meds for migraine headaches and it truly has been the only thing to help me so far. I called and scheduled an appt on Tuesday and they said she had a telehealth visit for Friday. I told the lady to specifically notate I was requesting an Rx for meds. I got a call around 430 yesterday (which I was unable to answer due to being at work) and was left a vm to reach out regarding my appt. I did so around 450 and was told it was a confirmation call. Fast forward to this morning, I tried to login for my telehealth visit just be surprised by a "your appt has been canceled or moved" please reach out to the office. Coming to find out, the Dr. CANCELED my appt due to not having results from the sleep study I REQUESTED, NOT HER. I told them specifically it was not for the sleep study follow up but for meds and they said that it's ultimately up to her to cancel. So now I'm sitting here waiting on a call back just to talk to her for 5 mins for the POTENTIAL to get the RX that helps my migraines. Everything Healthcare in the US is BS and this is why people die rather than visiting the dr because it's just stonewall after stonewall or a "patch fix" to try to tide you over or pass you on to the next specialist. This is insane and I'm extremely upset over this.

Every time I call her office , they put you on hold forever. I’m on hold now and it’s been 17 minutes. I came online to get ahold of them but can only leave a message so “ I’m cancelling my appointment and will find another neurologist! I will never be back!,

Dr. Pierre is very helpful, intelligent, and she asks the right questions. For a patient who is often uncomfortable in medical settings, I had a great experience with Dr. Pierre and her staff. Also, my first telehealth appointment was with Dr. Pierre. I now recommend them.

The doctor was pleasant, listened to our concerns and performed a thorough examination. She ordered additional testing and we were given a follow up appt.

Just love the everything about this doctor and her staff, keep shining.

This provider by far is one of the most competent, comprehensive and thorough neurologist my wife has had while dealing with her migraines. She is very attentive and responsive to my family's medical needs. I've referred multiple patients to Dr. Pierre, and I am happy to report their satisfaction. The staff is remarkable, chiefly, Desiree, and they work effectively and efficiently in a cohesive manner. My only regret is, there is no primary care service from this team for continuity of our care.
