Excellent physician and amazing care team
It was easy to make an initial appointment. The office has a more intimate feel compared to the larger offices at Northwell campus which for me made for a better experience. I felt comfortable with all the staff and knew they had my best interest in mind throughout the already stressful process of infertility. Thanks to Dr Mullin and her amazing team I graduated from the clinic a couple of weeks ago. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring physician who won’t give up on you.

Caution
I barely saw Dr. Mullin, mainly dealt with her PA Katherine and the nurses. Every visit felt like I was going through a revolving door—swipe credit card, sonogram, bloodwork, repeat. No insight into test results, no opportunity to ask questions or discuss next steps with the doctor. All I got from my visits was a phone call from a frantic nurse rattling off instructions with no explanation or chance for me to get a word in. Complete lack of empathy, care, and patience—during a time where that is so needed.

Not at all HAES aligned or fat friendly
Office staff was lovely but my actual appointment with Dr. Mullin was beyond upsetting. I spoke to her for a total of 10 minutes in which she took my history and then told me that she is unable to help me until I lose 150lbs. She wouldn’t even give medication to help ovulation until that point. The only thing she would give me was the number of a bariatric surgeon.

Attentive and kind
It’s all because of Dr Mullin that my husband and I are now expecting. From the very first visit till the day we graduated, Dr. Mullin was absolutely amazing. She treats you like a person. She compassionate and kind. She understands the anxiety that comes with the process of ivf but her calming demeanor puts you at ease. She’s informative and her staff is amazing. They greet you by first name and are always so welcoming.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
Stay away from this office. The service is terrible. You do not actually receive treatment from Dr. Mullin. They are extremely unorganized and seem very jaded. They take your money and brush you off. Mary Jane is the worst nurse practitioner I’ve ever encountered. She does not take the time to explain anything. You feel rushed and unheard. They are not on one accord and give you mixed information which can be very confusing and upsetting given this is a very delicate/ serious situation. I would not recommend this office. If I could give negative stars I would. This should be a scary but very exciting process but all I feel is stress and anxiety. I am very disappointed in Dr. Mullins office. STAY AWAY!!!

Horrible!!!! Long story short. I went from only needing help ovulating to them wanting to remove one of my tubes! You almost never see the doctor and feel clueless as to what is going on bc they don’t explain anything. They are so disorganized!!! Hard to get a hold of but they sure know how to bill. Stay far away! It’s already something hard to deal with and they make it harder. I have found a new doctor which it’s like a breath of fresh air and I don’t need to remove my Tube! I wouldn’t even give a star if I didn’t have to.

I had a horrible experience with this fertility clinic for my 1st IVF cycle. They don’t give you time to sit and talk with doctor or NP. Other clinics would sit and review meds and even supplements but that doesn’t happen there. They stand over you while you ask questions and you have to try remembering what they said or quickly jot it down. They need to realize that IVF is a physical, emotional and financially draining experience. They don’t call in meds on time. Also, it’s always difficult to reach a nurse on the phone for a clinical question. If I had to do it over, I would NOT use this place again. She and that NP Mary needs patience, professionalism and compassion. Stop trying to make money on our hopes and emotions!

Very poor. The only time she saw me was during a consultation. They treat you like a number and just get you in and out the door quickly. They don’t give you any information unless you ask and the office is disorganized. I had to hound the office to complete an authorization for a script. The nurse will call you and ask you what the doctor said??? Like hello look at my chart or ask the doctor yourself. Save yourself the money and hassle. This is a very sensitive issue for women and we deserve to be treated better.

I found Dr. Mullin to be extremely knowledgeable and experienced, as well as caring and warm. She thoroughly explained all the treatments we would be doing and guided us through all the rough patches and emotional times. Dr. Mullin helped us get pregnant in only a few months! I would highly recommend Dr. Mullin to family and friends.

Wish I could give her zero stars. This is a doctor who is very disorganized with no bed side manner whatsoever. She never told me about a very important test result (for me) and the outcome of that would possibly have prevented my husband from having a very invasive surgery. Doesn’t return calls, leaves you in the dark. If you want someone to walk you through this stressful process in a caring way do not go to her. Just because she’s a Northwell doctor doesn’t mean she’s your only choice!!

Dr. Mullin is attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was able to help my husband and I get pregnant after trying independently for a long time. She was very understanding of the plethora of emotions couples endure. I have recommended her to many friends and colleagues and they have had success stories as well. I highly recommend Dr. Mullin!!!

Dr Mullin is fantastic. She took so much time with my husband and I on our first visit. She very clearly explained the workup and course of treatment to us. She was always warm, upbeat and happy to answer all of our questions. Her staff is wonderful as well. They were all so knowledgeable and supportive. I never felt alone in this process. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Mullin and have already recommended her practice to many others!

Make sure you are tracking the day of your cycle and remember all the medications you have been prescribed and are taking on a regular basis. They have all your information but as a patient, you should know too so you can make the process as smooth as possible. My sister-in-law and friend have used doctor Mullin along with myself with great results. At times I felt like I didn't know what was going on and why but Mary Jean and Joan (nurse practitioner and head nurse) are easily accessible.

She’s very professional, caring, real & helps you keep your journey in perspective. The entire staff is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions. As a single mom by choice she helped me feel empowered and confident. With her help I brought a wonderful baby boy into this world in 2016 and have since returned and completed the process for my second child. This woman is an excellent choice in a sea of unknowns. She has many years under her belt and knows her stuff!

I would have to say my experience with this office overall is not good. I was about to start IVFwith them and started the entire process but I felt very uncomfortable one because they do NOT talk u through anything or explain anything properly to you. the biller is another story she doesn't get authorizations done on time I had to pay out of pocket everytime I try to call and follow up she brushes me off. by far the worst experience if your starting IVF or trying to get pregnant DONT COME HERE!

Infertility is always a challenge for couples both physically and emotionally. Dr. Mullin and her compassionate staff made this experience as comfortable as possible. Having used a "baby factory" practice to conceive my other children, it was a welcomed change to be a person with a name and story. I do not know if this journey will end with an addition to our family but the experience is one that leaves me feeling hopeful and valued.
