Dr. Christine Mirabal, MD

Dr Mirabal is absolutely the best. She takes her time to explain the steps she wants to take and makes sure you are comfortable with it. My sinus were so blocked from repeated long term infections that it was a nightmare! Dr. Miracle threatened me with the greatest respect and maid me feel safe and welcome. I will highly recommend her for ENT care.

As soon as I checked in and saw Dr. Mirabal I felt welcomed and she explained everything thoroughly. She did my surgery for my nose and it was a quick and easy process and made me feel really at ease. I'm so sad she's leaving. I hope nothing but the best for you, doc!

Sadly, I tried to get an appointment with Dr. Mirabal several times w/no response from this practice's front office. When I finally did get a response, they told me that Dr. Mirabal was leaving the practice and that I wouldn't be able to see another provider until October. Oh well, onward and upward.

I can’t get an appointment for 6-8 months! RIDICULOUS!!! I’ve tried to get on the cancellation list another BS thing they try to push. They also told me to see the nurse practitioner. One time they said I could get in very soon with the NP , then I call back and they say not til September!!! Right! Now all of the sudden she’s booked solid. How can anyone give a review when you can’t get in to see them. What do they only see 1 patient a month? The medical profession needs to be revamped and this office is a clear example of why that’s true! I tried to tell the appointment person my hearing is getting worse and I could be totally deaf by the time I get an appointment. They don’t care!!! No urgency to try and get me in right away. Just have a nice day! Don’t waste your time!!! THEY DONT CARE!!!!

Had nose surgery with Dr. Mirabal what an amazing woman!! I can take a deep breath, no more nose bleeds. The surgery was simple. Dr Mirabal was professional prompted and did exactly what she said. I should have done this a long time ago. Dr Mirabal is a blessing. I Entourage all to see her I drove 3 hours to have her do my surgery. She didn't disappoint!!!

I was having multiple medical issues that impact my life. She took the time to understand me and get to the root cause of the issue. With her patience, understanding, and professional guidance, Dr Mirabal from being down and out to up and going with life again.

I can’t make appointment. I called 100 times and Mariana called me after three days and left voicemail if I need something just call call her on her extension. I left other voicemails to her stating that she is not responding many phone calls and how can we communicate if she is never responding and she give me just one call back. She just left other voicemail where she said to call her back on same number….

I booked an appointment for recurring tonsillitis, trouble swallowing and a growth in my throat. When I arrived for my appointment I was handed a tablet to complete the new patient information. I was then taken back and only had a short wait for the doctor to come in. She was friendly, comforting and SUPER smart. I told her what was going on and she made a joke about why I waited so many years to see an ENT. She looked at my throat and recommended surgery. She said I would benefit from a tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy and a polyp biopsy. I scheduled with Melissa and she was a dream to work with. I had to reschedule and she was very easy to deal with. I have my surgery scheduled and I am looking forward to having Dr. Mirabal fix my throat!

Pathetic patient office scheduling, and management support! If you like to spend needless hours on the phone trying to make an appointment this is the place too go! Established patients have extreme difficulty getting an appointment when ill, usually weeks,or even months waiting. Office personnel rarely answer their phones no matter what prompt you choose, and you always have to leave a voice mail which they say will be answered within 24-48 hours, and they still fail to respond. The Doctor is great, but the communication, and scheduling is a complete disaster, and hasn't changed over the last 5 years, so just what does their office staff do, obviously they can't afford the time to answer phones and respond to the patients medical needs!

From the moment I walked in the Practice near Smoke Ranch Road I was impressed. After initial check-in I was handed a tablet to enter in additial data. There was nearly no waiting. Staff were polite and efficient. Dr. Mirabal was great! She had a very military demeanor, direct-brisk-competent, while being an excellent listener. I felt I was given the attention, information and time needed for my situation.

HRISTINE MIRABAL M.D. Neighbors, I haven't posted much on this site...but this must be noted. I made an appointment with this Dr. and Company 3 months ago. The appointment was for August 9, 2021. Today I get an email, less then a week before the appointment, after waiting 3 months. The email said this Dr. will be out of the office on August 9th; further she is booked for months in the future. Call the office for another Doctor appointment which will be a long wait. No accommodation, no apology. Sad and pathetic; I had no need, I have a world class ear Doctor in California, just wanted to see if someone in LV was competent and responsive....apparently not. I brought my daughter for a difficult of breathing. Dr Mirabal was just Great! she really takes the time to explain me in Spanish and explain my daughter in English all the option and the diagnosis. We'll bd back fof ghd surgery.

Dr. Mirabel’s pleasant and courteous manner does not make up for the fact that when she didn’t see any “billable” procedures for my condition (tinnitus and previous vertigo), she offered little more than a shrug and a suggestion to sleep with a white noise machine. Of course I know there is no cure for tinnitus, and I wasn’t looking for meds to “mask” or “alleviate” any stress or sleeplessness associated with this condition. But especially for the vertigo (which has relapsed with a vengeance, leaving me nauseous and unable to walk without feeling dizzy), I would have thought some advice or counseling on what symptoms to be mindful of, or even activities/foods to avoid, would be expected. Instead, my experience was that her concern ended with the lack of billable insurance codes for me.

I have unfortunately seen many ent docs. Christine was the first to help me.

I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Mirabal and the Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants staff...at the clinic and the surgery center both! I’ve had a great experience since seeking care for my son and now being a patient myself! Dr. Mirabal is kind and thorough and always talks with you as a person first, who happens to be a patient, not as a patient who happens to be a person. Her treatment from initial visit to diagnosis to surgery made me feel like she’s my friend. She clearly treats the WHOLE patient, not just your ear, nose, or throat trouble! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Mirabal and her staff!

My experience with Dr. Mirabal attending to my husband, was wonderful, he is a sensational human being, besides being intelligent, kind, dedicated, just thank you for finding you in our ways, may God help you, you are an angel

Christine Mirabal is friggin awesome, not only is she fun but she completely changed my life, having a bone spur on an already deviated septum and enlarged swolen turbinates, well the surgery went without a hitch, had it on a Friday, following Tuesday splints removed and I can breathe like never before. I had zero pain the whole process, even taking out the splints was nothing. Damn best thing I've done and she rocks. Thank you Dr Mirabal.

I noticed my son pausing in his sleep which created a lot anxiety for me. As a baby he slept like a charm but lately I could tell something was off. I never looked in throat until one day it seemed like he had allergies but to my surprise his tonsils were huge! I took him to his physician which referred me to Dr. Mirabal. She has great bedside manners and I would recommend her and her entire staff. They were compassionate, kind, and just wonderful with us. We were truly blessed to have her as our surgeon.
