Dr. Chai is wonderful, she was with me every step of the way when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I trust her completely and now my daughters all see her too. She never keeps me waiting and is available for any questions I have. Her staff is always kind and they will get me in quickly if i have an issue.

Worst office staff ever. Told not taking new patients but girl was completely unwilling to even ask her if she could recommend another specialist for the condition I am desperately seeking medical help for. Three other doctors have simply wanted to prescribe the pill but due to another health condition, I cannot take it. The receptionist REFUSED to even ask or leave her a message asking. Very cold and uncaring.
