Dr. Christine Bao, MD

This review is for the overall process. I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Christine Bao, MD, but instead was examined by a different albeit nice student MD. The front office staff is not up-front about which doctor you will see. It turns out that SHE IS NOT receiving new patients. Don't get your hopes up and instead ask questions without assuming anything.

Very experienced and care doctor

I saw Dr. Bao for a routine common condition and she laughed at me and told me it was impossible for me to have X condition.....I kid you not. Three months later I am now having to see a specialist for this issue b/c it was not dealt with in a timely manner. In addition, she was not willing to discuss other medical issues that I was having. Instead she wanted me to come back "several times" so that she "could get to know me". So essentially, be prepared to discuss only 1 issues with her per visit. Be prepared to be treated in a condescending manner. Her nurse practitioner also saw me and Dr. Bao treated her like an intern/student. I do feel this practitioner could have easily helped me, but she was not allowed to do so. Save your money and your time. I do not usually write reviews because I value my privacy. But I felt I needed to write this because she was so unbelievably unprofessional and in violation of license laws for MD's.

Bad service! From front desk to the exam room??
