Compassionate and thorough
She always listened. She cares. Does needed testing. The receptionist was the problem. I treasure my privacy. They have their job but my privacy can be accommodated I always tried to tell techs needed information. I miss seeing Dr Ventress. Can’t find a good doctor

After moving to the area a few years ago I needed a new doctor. I had visited the clinic for sinus infections several times and they concluded I needed to see a doc! I did my homework and choose Dr. Ventress because she is a family physician with emphasis on women’s health!! She is exactly what I needed! So caring and gives me time to ask questions and extremely through! She is definitely a five star doctor who is simply the best!!

Dr. Ventress is an amazing doctor. She listens and truly cares about me and my health. Dr. V is extremely patient and takes time to answer all of my questions. She goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and ensure I know all the facts and information before starting me on a new care plan. I absolutely love her. I’ve been seeing her for 12yrs and also cares for my son and husband. Highly recommended! Dr. Is extremely knowledgeable as well.

She is very attentive, listens and is thorough. I have found it difficult to schedule timely appointments with her directly. I was referred to Jessica Dour RN, MSN, FNP-C in the same office. She is as fantastic as Dr Ventress.

I wish that she would have a conversation that would include eye contact and good listening instead of asking a long list of computer generated questions that lead to one test after another. I left from a simple blood pressure check with prescriptions for 4 different tests/procedures. When I brought up a chronic wrist condition - something that actually bothers me on a daily basis - she blew me off suggesting I take Tylenol Arthritis. Not happy.

Been seeing her for years. She is very committed to my health - does an excellent job explaining treatment options and never gets frustrated by my endless questions. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, dedicated, intelligent health professional.

She was highly recommended by several friends. She seemed thorough initially but as time went by and I had a serious medical crisis, things changed. Her assistants can be rude and condescending. I was always being sent to ER. When I asked to come in, I was told no. I had several medical reports sent to her and she never calls to discuss. Now she's too busy and have to book 6 months in advance. She's out of her league if it's beyond a simple hangnail. Go to ER! What a crock!

Love this woman. She is fantastic. Kind, compassionate, and very, very thorough. I've been a patient for 3 years now and I will never change physicians. She and her staff provide the best service and the quality of care for myself and multiple other family members have never been better.

She's a really arrogant physician who seems to have problems with men, in general. She routinely practices beyond her scope; is unable to take direction from other specialists in other fields; and she generally unsupportive. Her abilities are fine if you have a runny nose or a cut or need a flue shot, but beyond that, she's not reliable. Her her referral network consists of only physicians in her own medical group, and beyond that, she knows no one and either makes no referrals or poor ones.
