HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I have been going to Dr. Rigas almost 6 years now for Sleep Apnea and I can't express how sincere she is when it comes to patient care. I would describe her as an excellent physician who patiently allocates sufficient time to assess patient needs at appointments. Coincidentally, Dr. Grigas diagnosed a nasty long range cough that was causing me prolonged discomfort. Thanks to her prescribed treatment, I was able to recover quickly, and resume my normal activities. She truly CARES!! The office staff handles patient appointment needs effectively. They’re pretty cool, too!

Very disfunctional office and no sense of priority
One hand has no clue what the other is doing in her office. Repeated attempts to coordinate a specialty medication shot in their office resulted in me making three different appointments to get one shot and each time, the shot was not there. I have not even been under her care for a year (only seen her once) and am looking for a new pulmonologist who is organized and able to provide consistent care that has been prescribed for me. This office is not it. If you are looking for quality care, search somewhere else.

Great doctor, horrible staff customer service.
I’ve been seeing Dr Rigas for a few years and while she is a great doctor during our visits, her staff is not helpful, do not return calls, and do not assist in troubleshooting challenges with suppliers. The only way to get a response is on the Diagnostic Clinic app, as a live person is virtually impossible.

Good Doctor
My husband and I go to Dr. Rigas since we use CPAC machines. She is pleasant and helpful, knows what she is doing and on top of the treatment. We cannot ask for a better provider.

Dr Rigas was very thorough in her review and concerns of my insomnia and restless leg syndrome issues and the various courses of treatment that I have had over the years. She made several new suggestions and offered options that I am going to try. Her approaches are thoughtful and practical and she has given me hope of possible remedies to a good night’s sleep.

It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Rigas. (The Diagnostic Clinic website spells her name "Regas") She was very pleasant & went in-depth to explain some of my test results to me. I really like her & I'm happy that I found her! I'm looking forward to a long paitient/Dr. relationship with her.
