Unacceptable
We saw Dr Piron at PM pediatric urgent care in holmdel NJ. My son went in post injury to his hand. He was cleared to go home after a quick X-ray and here we were told his fingers are not fractured. 3 weeks later his fingers are still swollen X-rays repeated at an imaging center when ordered by his pediatrician and he has 4 fractured fingers. Not only did they miss fractures but there was no apology on this MDs list of things to discuss when she called back after a complaint. As a matter of fact she stated that we were at fault and we didn’t understand her instructions to follow up in 1 week if his pain doesn’t get better. Absolutely unacceptable patient care. Errors can happen but this shouldn’t be taken lightly.
