Dr. Christina Nguyen, MD

Nguyen was my OB several years ago, I was a teenager at the time. After my c section , I was hospitalized . While hospitalized, I relayed to her in confidence that I was being physically abused by 2 people in my life. She rolled her eyes at me and did not believe me. DONT go to this OB. Not only is she a horrible doctor, she is a horrible human being. She should have her License taken away for making the aftermath of my birth of my first child the worst experience of my life. Disgusting. 0 stars. If you’re a victim of domestic violence, find another OB. This woman is evil and shouldn’t be a doctor.

My wife, who is suffering a potential miscarriage, went to this location today for blood work. I did not like how their blood rep spoke to me when I asked to go back with my very nervous and down wife. As a result, I wrote a review on a review site that they did not like, without my wife’s knowledge. As a result, this practice of so called “medical professionals” decided to discharge my wife as a patient…while she’s enduring a miscarriage.If you care about your family, I’d stay far and away from this place as they clearly don’t care if they would do that to a woman.

I was made to wait for 30 minutes with only a paper gown purportedly because she had an emergency case. After checking me up, she said she will give me a Rx for my condition. At the check-out, I was told they will send my Rx to my pharmacy. I called my pharmacy the whole afternoon after my visit & the next day I learned Rx was not sent. Followed up from Dr's office, staff said they are not responsible for sending the Rx but the Dr & her assistant. Meanwhile the Dr was not scheduled for the day, so I spent time & money to see Dr & I have no medication to treat my condition because of the foregoing.

After 2 years as a patient, essentially begging for appointments. Always passing off to a PA. Finally at my last appointment, I told the PA I was having abdominal discomfort. I was brushed off, belittled, and disregarded. I begged for an ultrasound. They called to schedule me weeks later to finally schedule it (all while simultaneously treating me like I’m over reacting). I now have results back that I have an advanced cancer. Extremely disrespectful care with a lot of neglect. In the matter of life and death, they neglected to help me. I hope one day they feel the pain of neglect of a loved one by the same type of healthcare they provided me.

Not only did I wait 1.5 to see the doctor she came in for a 45 second check up. No time to chat or get to know me. I requested hormone tests because of my age and some girl called me back to tell me some were high but had no other information for me so it left me very concerned and confused. Not being a medical profession I would hope a doctor or physician assistant would call back a patient with test results so they could discuss if there were any questions. Nope not this office. Some gal who had zero knowledge gave me results and left me to ponder until I met with the doctor 3 weeks later! Went back for an ultrasound and waited another hour this time. The doctor is too busy and shouldn’t take on any new patients.

My word count of how bad my experience was won’t even fit. Nurse Practitioner was rude & judgey. I could give a handful of reasons/examples. Wait time is 2+ hours. Not allowed to meet Dr. Nguyen until 4th monthly check-up (for pregnancy). NP doesn’t know or explain anything. Not even my blood work/urine results! You’re not allowed to schedule an ultrasound and a monthly check-up on the same day. If you have blood work for one test and you need another test done, they make you have two separate blood test days which even the blood draw girls said that was unnecessary. Office manager told me to find somewhere else to go when I explained to her how the NP made me feel uncomfortable. I was contacted 2x asking if I set up my high-risk appt when they told me BOTH times they were going to do it. They said they were using my secondary ins. But billed my other insurance. Just the worst experience ever. Glad to have switched locations.

Staff was friendly, not a long wait time. Dr Nguyen was very nice, it had been about 12 years since my last pelvic exam and she was extremely gentle

Dr. Nguyen was there the entire time for our first baby Dylan 3 years ago. We had a particularly difficult pregnancy but the staff and her we very helpful and made it easier. Will be using her again soon with our second ??

I’ve had many obgyn’s over the years my doctor who deliver my children moved away after many years with him , and I had many obgyn’s but not happy , but I finally was referred to Dr Kristina Nguyen , and I have been pleased , especially after having Covid I’ve had side effects and been through many health issues, my body gave me a sign something was wrong that required an obgyn . Dr Nguyen and NP Gabby saw me several times listened to me treated me and tested me for everything and anything to determine a diagnosis for full hysterectomy. Everything went smoothly and her ability to put me at ease was comforting Dr Nguyen and her staff especially Brianna and Nick you made sure my LOA and disability paperwork was taken care of and Dawn in ultrasound was very understanding. The entire staff has been truly amazing and caring . Dr Nguyen was listening to me and showed genuine concern and compassion. I have referred her to a friend who is pleased with Dr Nguyen as well . I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for a couple years now, and I can honestly say you can't find a better OB/GYN doctor anywhere. She is amazing! She really listens to you, and always does a great job at helping you with your issue. The back office staff ia amazing, and they are always on top of what you need (prescriptions, blood work, etc..). The girls in the front are very friendly and helpful with getting you checked in, and seen as soon as possible. If you're looking for an amazing doctor that is beyond knowledgeable, look no further. Dr. Nguyen and Gabbi ( the Nurse Practitioner) are awesome.

The staff is terrible. They dont care about the patients. The paper work is all mess.

I am pregnant with my first child and I have felt extremely unsupported by her. I had my first appointment with her at 8 weeks & I didn't see her. I saw the ultrasound tech, then the nurse practitioner was talking so fast, my boyfriend and I felt so rushed we didn't even know if we had questions about it. After my appt, and I had time to digest I tried to call back to ask some questions,after 5 phone calls, leaving messages I did not get a phone call back for 3 days. I am sent straight to voicemail that says they will get back to me, then I never hear back. I have had to ask google more questions than my OB and honestly it has been extremely disappointing.

Dr. Christina Nguyen is the best doctor. I’m so happy to have found the perfect doctor after moving into town. She took time from her busy schedule to come see me everyday in the hospital after delivery and even when I had to be readmitted postpartum. That shows how much she cares for her patients and loves what she does. She’s highly skilled, professional, and made quick decisions in my emergency situation. I’m so thankful for her and that baby and I are healthy with a safe delivery. She is the best and I highly recommend her to everyone! Thank you for all you do Dr. Christina! ??

Called to make an appointment s a new patient, the person who answered asked me first what insurance I had, when I told her Medicare I was told that the doctor does not accept Medicare at this time. if I had another/better insurance I bet her answer would've been different. Rude!

I have been seeing Dr. Christina Nguyen ever since my first pregnancy, which is about four years ago. I follow her wherever she goes, even though I live almost across town. She is great, knowledgeable and accommodating. She is not the type of doctor taking the vocation just to make good money. She really cares. And she's extremely personable. I feel so much at ease when I talk to her also because she's totally not judgmental. I feel I can trust her 100% in taking care of me.

Love Dr Nguyen. She is very professional, kind, courteous, and caring. While at my appointment she was very gentle and listened to all I had to say. She was willing to spend time and talk with me. She did not rushing in and out like and made me feel like she cared. I'll stay with Dr. Nguyen as long as she is in town.

Dr Nguyen is an awesome doctor that pays attention for everything she do, give time to talk to her patient , I almost due for my second baby with her I’m so happy I really thank you so much Dr?????? u r the best !!!!

Dr. Nguyen has been amazing since my fiance started seeing her. She had some unfavorable test results come back, and Dr. Nguyen took the time to make sure we understood the results and knew what our options were. She honestly seems to care about her patients, and does whatever she can to take care of her patients needs from my experience. Additionally, she doesn't make you feel like she is above you. She talks to you at a level to really make sure you understand whats happening. No where else!
