Thank you!
I visited this doctor personally. She answers all questions (although I asked some of them several times because I was very worried), but she answered all questions in detail, attentively and respectfully. They found a tumor, she prescribed me an ultrasound and MRI and a biopsy, but when she looked at the results, she didn’t like something (as I understood, some images differed in the results) and she prescribed a biopsy again, but in another clinic. In my opinion, it was very attentive and a professional approach to the matter. I recommend her as a doctor!

One of the worst doctors I've ever encountered. No knowledge, no help, doesn't listen, doesn't give results of tests for months, widespread incompetence, didn't answer phone or respond to VMs for 33 days in a row, leaves patients hanging, STRONGLY advise you see literally any other doctor.

No. i came here for my appointment but they re scheduled me for another 3 weeks cause i was 13 mins. late and they said they need to re schedule my appointment again because they just gave only 10 mins. for late. i told them i was late cause i need to find a parking cause its my first time here i didnt know that they have a parking so i park in the public parking across the street so i need to walk and find their clinic and the staff said i need to ask the doctor if they can see you but the doctor tell to re sched. so im really upset cause i wait for almost a month to get this appointment and tell them i need to see dr. cause they really need to see my throat cause im having a hard time and still they gonna tell me to re schedule so i did not accept the appointment and find another doctor instead cause they never gave you a consideration and this is my first time to experience this. i wonder why everybody gave them a bad reviews!!!

This doctor is awful, the office staff is awful, and you would be well-advised to stay away. I came here with serious pain in my left ear, feelings of pressure in my ear, dizziness, and headaches and pain in my sinuses. She misdiagnosed me twice, chalked up all of my issues to extreme allergies (that I don't have) and implied that I may have cancer. I decided to pay out of pocket to go to a REPUTABLE ENT who was able to correctly diagnose my problem in about five minutes. A horrible doctor and inefficient, clueless office staff.

On 03/26/18 was the appointment date for Dr.McAlpin. We came 15 minutes early. We filled out the forms and gave our insurance information to be charged for the MD visit. MD wasn't present at the time of the appointment. Receptionist said MD is at a meeting. Nurse took the vital signs from my son and PA (Fatima) checked my son's condition. She didn't know what to do and said wait for the doctor. MD didn't show up at all. We left office without any consultation from MD. I don't recommend this MD.

Great Doctor, she was thorough and quick. She had two medical students with her and explained her diagnosis to all three of us. Her explanation and instructions were easy to understand. It was my first visit and I was in and out in less than one hour even with all of the first time forms that you fill out at every new Doctor.

After suffering for months with my condition Dr McAlpin assured me that my condition could be resolved with surgery. The surgery was performed and I am very thankful for her diagnosis and treatment.
