Dr. Christina Marzo, MD

Dr. Marzo has definitely changed my mind about going to a doctor. From the first visit she paid attention to me, she acknowledged me and best of all she listen to me. I was very pleased with her remembering our conversation from my first visit. Never had any challenges with her and she was there for me for my emergency calls. She even shared how to reach her while on vacation. I always share Dr. Marzo info to my peers and have followed her to the new location.

Called Thurs morning at 10am to make an appt. My daughter had tested + for the flu 3 days prior. The receptionist scheduled me at 1:20pm the same day to do a swab. At 1:16pm The receptionist called to reschedule @ 4pm instead so doc could see me. I explained to her that I was already there. The excuse was they were waiting for another patient to show up for their appt. If I wanted to be seen at the time they scheduled me I would have to wait 10mins to see if the other patient was going to show up. If not I would have to come back at 4. I drove around the block a few times. Then they called and said I was able to be seen. It was 1:40pm after all of that Dr. Marzo ended up not doing the swab and told me to take over the counter medication. how am I suppose to know what to take if she never tested me for anything? She only prescribed cough medicine and told me to call back if I still wasn’t feeling well. When I called the next day the recept hung up on me. unprofessional/ disappointing

Very responsive and attentive to my needs, questions and concerns. She yawned a few times...but it was towards the end of the day.
