Dr. Joy gave very detailed answers to my questions. I learned a lot. The only downside was she spoke so quickly I didn't have much chance of responding. She may want to take a breath to give patients a chance to make a comment or ask a question. She was very knowledgeable and thorough!

I arrived hesitant, but determined to address a concern I had with Dr. Joy "dropping the ball" with my care while hospitalized. It was quite a difficult situation to address, but I did It. Dr. Joy listened to me Intently and eventually apologized for not having done more to find the "missing piece of the puzzle" in my treatment/disgnosis. It didn't change my sad and tragic circumstances which resulted from the oversight, but it brought me peace knowing Dr. Joy now understood the ramifications of her action/non-action on those she treats, albeit, a bittersweet peace. It was difficult all around.
