I am not going back for a couple of reasons. One, I feel more like a dollar sign than a patient whenever I go there. Two, if you show up on time and wait to be seen that's ok, however, if you show up 10 min late then the Dr will not see you because she is running behind, 15, 20, 30 min late I get but 10?. Three, good luck trying to find an available appointment time because if you miss they are booking three months out. If you do end up going to an appointment, pray that you don't have to use the bathroom beforehand and end up arriving 10 minutes late! Also, check your explanation of benefits / claims. It seems like I've been billed for several regions. Unless I am at max for the year, this would be a $225 patient bill every 2 weeks. No thanks!

Told me I “may have had something severely wrong” in my bloodwork and kept giving me the runaround. Finally, after three visits she tells me she couldn’t treat me and wouldn’t even tell me if I actually had something wrong or not. Talked to me worse than anyone, much less a “medical professional,” ever has in my life. Also thought it was appropriate to have her “trainee” sit in as she belittled me. Didn’t offer me any resources or any help whatsoever, even after I had told her I was depressed at the time. She scarred me from wanting to seek help again for a long time but I eventually sought out a different doctor and my test results came back absolutely fine! Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office.

She takes the time to lesson to what you have to say. Does not rush through to get you out of the office. A very personal doctor and helps to find a cheaper way of dealing with your problems.

WORST DOCTOR EVER! All she cares about is $$$! Cares nothing about her patients health! Tried to refuse to prescribe antibiotics to my child who has been sick for over a month! Tried to play it off as being allergies (which he has never had) and after one visit she prescribed allergy medicine and they didn't help she made us come for a second visit and wasn't going to prescribe anything! My kid has been super sick for over a month and she tried to say he was "just fine". Horrible bedside manor!

Have not been to doctors office in awhile Dr. Lucas not happy I don't do well visits. Argument ensues because I am there for treatment for pain due to car accident not my attendance record. Poor bed side manor. To bad I need a bone and joint doctor. I am leaving Henry Ford Wyandotte all together seeking medical treatment from Beaumont. I should not need to go to the doctors office to visit I have no health issues. I think Dr. Lucas wants was money charging for well visits for the healthy.
