Unprofessional Behavior
I had a disappointing experience with Dr Christina Lieu. Despite my repeated requests to review my medical records, which was already emailed to them in advance, the doctor refused to check them. Even after I offered to show the records directly from my phone, she still dismissed my concerns and instead performed a test.Medical records provide critical context and are essential for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. I expected much better from a medical professional, whose training and expertise are built on the foundation of using and understanding medical records.What made the experience worse was the dismissive and unempathetic way the doctor addressed my concerns. Her tone and language were far from professional or patient-centered, making the entire interaction feel frustrating and disrespectful.This lack of attention to both my medical history and my valid concerns as a patient has left me questioning the quality of care provided.
