Doc knows me by name and medical history.She listens with interest and compassion. She discusses treatment and options with me rather tell me what she is going to do.

I have left several messages for the Dr. and was told "I will email her" by the staff that was a Tuesday 10/27, as of Friday 10/30 never received a call but when I called for another issue, I was told she still hasn't responded from my Tuesday email. I talked to the Medical Asst who was pleasant and concerned of my current issue and would speak to the Dr., she did call back promply with a perscription. I called today on Monday 10/2 reference my medication concerns and was told twice by staff when I called once a out 11:30am, and 3:00pm the Medical Assistant will return my call today. Still no call and it is 8:27pm. As a client why am I not important with my needs as much as you are to me when you need me to run tests. Very disappointed and feel disrespected.

My husband has copd and has an inhaler. He doesn’t take it often only when needed. It lasts about 3 months and Dr Christina always makes him come in for a chest ex ray and breathing test to get his prescription. He shouldn’t have to go thru this every three months just to get his inhaler. They do the same to me with my beta blocker Atenolol..they make me come in for my prescription. These are medicines we have been taken for years. I also always have had my paps every year and because of covid she told me it would be ok to do it 2 yrs. I called because I didn’t feel comfortable with that as I had pre cancer cells when I was younger and had to have a freezing. I was advising Dr Christina’s front desk that I don’t feel comfortable waiting 2 yrs and Jessica at the front desk said she will ask the Dr and will call me back. I never heard back from them! What kind of a Dr doesn’t call you back? They just don’t care!!!!!

This Dr. I had never seen in person after 4 times on the phone. She did fast 10 minutes max and gave her staff to call me. When she did call she couldn’t remember what she said the last 1O minute call. She didn’t tell me what the only sonogram for 3 pieces of my body read. I asked her and she just stated nothing wrong then said, oh there was a little something but made no sense. When trying to talk with her she interrupted the entire 1O my minutes so I couldn’t say a word and she was rude and argumentative. She was paid by my Insurance for nothing. I believe this Dr, Is a quack and in it for the bottom line which she received until I made this discovery. I have reported her to the insurance company already. Everything she said was not true as stated by the other medical providers I talked to on my medical needs for a procedure. She was asking $9,000.00 for a simple 19th of that amount which I verified . In conclusion. She is the worst Dr. I have ever had and I am 67.

I went to Christina C. because my Humana offered and it was my first time as well...also being new to Bullhead City, AZ...My first visit was nothing to write home about as it lasted a total of 15 to 25 minutes....then I told her about my SCA ( SpinoCerrabellumAtaxiz ) She wanted me to get an MRI and I told her I have my read out from home...she asked me to bring them by and so I did....My entire 4 MRI's and now that I was leaving the area.....She lost my MRI's and the front desk is NO help as they said they have NO records of me bringing them in....I guess I should have made them sign something for me just in case something like this would happen....They told me that I could reorder them and I said I paid for those already and I do not want to pay for them again....That whole complex....front desk and Christina Goldstein-Charbonneau is nothing but a racket and a sham...Thank You Christina Charbonneau for losing my MRI readout....

After too many unneeded visits, long waiting times and out of pocket money, I quit seeing this doctor. She seems to be more concerned about $$$ than me. I do not recommend her.

Not a very good experience. I have used her in the past and she was great. My most recent appointments were rushed. Never got referrals until months later, which I ended up paying out a lot more for the procedures due to dropping my previous employer and benefits. She ran tests and did procedures that were not warranted. Never got any of my results that were months after everything was done. I had a phone consultation appointment set and she called me 2 hours after, I had set time off for that appointment. Refusing to give me results at my last appointment as promised. Instead she did an unnecessary procedure and rushed out without even discussing anything with me. I have had to loose time off work, I started a new job and then had to take a week off for surgery. My original appointment was in April and I finally got the referral in July. My other job I had insurance and pto hours and had planned on my second insurance to help out with the cost, but her procrastination cost my $$$$$$$$

Dr. Goldstein-Charbonneau has a great bed side manner and explains things very well. Till it's not explained that she WILL STOP seeing you as a patient if your PREGNANT. She was recommended by another doctor that she would walk me through the steps needed to take because she helped another with the same case. Dr. Goldstein knew of my future family planning, and when the time came stopped all appointments and will not even return calls to explain why. I relied on her and now I have to wait 3 months to get a new doctor to walk me through this path.

She’s an awful Dr.. you wait at least two hours to see her, if your lucky. Last time I waited 4 1/2. She can’t read ultrasound results from the hospital. She’s rude. She actually told me she didn’t have time to hear my symptoms. I recommend taking your health and insurance money to another Dr.

Dr. Charbonneau is thorough, knowledgeable, and practices both integrative medicine as well as western medicine. The wait to see her, even with an appointment, is often terribly long; however, she is worth the wait in my opinion. My only issue with this office is that Dr. Charbonneau is extremely busy and this sometimes results in having to see the nurse practitioner instead. I much prefer Dr. Charbonneau over the NP for multiple reasons. This review is about Dr. Charbonneau and not the NP.

Dr. Charbonneau was my gynecologist since locating in Arizona. After being dropped by another physician, I chose Dr. Charbonneau for my primary care physician, as well. She is thorough in her screening and diagnostic inquiries, tests, and procedures in addition to clearly communicating the status of a patient's health and answering patient questions. For myself, a little wait is worth the expertise and respectful rapport I receive.

Office Staff incompetent, rude, and very unprofessional. Do not go to this Doctor! Staff will let you know that THEY will take care of issues involving any paperwork when THEY feel like it! I have waited days for a request for lab work for a med check! Something that could be taken care of in seconds! I think it's an office game for staff to see how irritated they can make the client/patient! Never again! I won't go back....

Both Dr. Charbonneau and the new practitioner are wonderful!

They did unnecessary tests that I got not only charged, but over charged for. Also unprofessional. When I discussed charges with billing, she said she was glad I was there fo my birth control shot since I was hormonal - because I dared to question the charges. Office staff isn't very nice. Not overly rude but definitely not friendly. Definitely do not recommend!

Worst office staff in the state of Arizona. Overly unfriendly. I saw more of the woman in the office holding and comforting what I can only assume was her new born child that she brought to work, than actual office work. You wait forever for your scheduled appointment. I was sent into another "waiting" room once I was called back. had a M.A. guess at my weight instead of actually weighing me. The Doctor never went over my PAP results. this place is just awful. I don't know how they stay open.

I have been going to her office for 2 years. I had relocated from another area. What an awful experience....her staff does not have it together. I have been waiting for a prescription forever. I had to contact Walmart 4 times to contact them plus I contacted her office. They lost my info from other Dr. They would not work with my other Dr. What a mess....I am leaving her. Good luck. I love the Dr but her staff!!!!

This was literally the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor... Dr. G-C told me her PA was going to call in a prescription for me, and then didn't for several weeks. I finally called, and they promised repeatedly that they'd contact the PA and get back to me, but would then never call me back. After about 5 calls over the course of the 3rd week since I'd been in the office, they finally called in the incorrect prescription and wouldn't respond to my requests to fix the prescription.

I will not return to Dr.Goldstein- Charbonneau's practice. I have been seeing her for ten years now. Each visit I have to wait an unacceptable amount of time. My most recent visit was the worst. I not only had to wait in the exam room for over forty-five minutes, I also was subjected to listening to the most foul language between her and another patient in the room next to me. I got dressed and left without seeing her. I have since acquired a new doctor.
