UCI is a top notch medical facility. Dr Boyd is preparing to perform the new PEF ablation procedure on my wife who has been battling cancer for nearly 5 years. The one fault we have with UCI is that you are still stuck in 1990 technologywhen it comes to transferring MRI/CT scan images. We've had to resurrect our old antique DVD burner, find updated drivers and blank DVD media just to burn the MRI/CT scan images to a DVD. I was told that you do not accept USB drives because they can be infected with virus. You should know that viruses can easily infect DVD media. Once we go through the old process of burning the DVD, we then drive 27 miles (one way) to your campus to deliver the scans. There is an application called Ambra Health that some of our other providers use the seamlessly uploads MRI/CT scan files and reports quickly, safely and securely. We highly recommend that you add this needed technology ASAP.

Dr. Boyd is amazing and very calming and experienced. Knows what she's doing and I'm so grateful for her. And also, I appreciate that when it when it is my appointment, there is not over booking and it's like, I come on-time and get seen on-time and I'm in and out and I really appreciate that also. Thank you.
