I presented her with a surgical blunder of misdiagnosis, unsuccessful prior surgery before coming to her and a gut full of doubt and fear. As a retired nurse, I sought the best and her name was given to me by another gifted surgeon at Vanderbilt who is chief of surgery at other hospital. She is competent, knowledgeable and has great surgical skills. She has “ the gift”! She is informative, never rushes, thorough and most of all so very kind, sweet, interested in me as a person and a funny girl!!!!! We shared a lot of giggles and some tears!!!! Has great rapport with her partners and the interns and residents I had. She is held in high esteem by them and the nurses. Nurses can be tough!!!!

My husband went thru a very rare ordeal when his appendix ruptured . We tried a surgeon in our area but the situation was so rare he couldn’t handle it. He sent us to Dr Bailey an she was awesome. After wearing a drain for 5 weeks an having a pic line in for IV antibiotics for 3 weeks an lots of worry an appts. The situation started in October an finally on January 4th Dr Bailey done surgery an made him good again. Me n my husband both really liked her and would recommend Dr Bailey to anyone.

The scheduling department is terrible but when you finally get back to see the doctor it's smooth and very easy. I was called asked to change my appointment time and come in earlier. I did and then was late to my other appointments because of how late they are actually following through. Wait time is terrible at all doctors offices I don't understand the point of appointments if the doctor can't keep on schedule
