Dr.Ray is the best. She actually listens to her patients and really cares, is a steadfast advocate for them & goes out of her way to make sure the care she gives is above & beyond. She’s the best PCP my family & I have ever had. 5 +++ stars.

Dr. Christie Ray is an excellent doctor. She listens intently, cares and is very understanding. She has been our doctor for many years and is always able to take care of any issues we've presented to her. If we need a referral, she is quick to make sure we get an appointment with a specialist. It does take some time to get through to the front desk at times but that is not Dr. Ray's fault and the staff has improved immensely over the years. The nurses and Physician Assisants are good as well.

DR. RAY ALWAYS LISTENS TO ME WE LEARN FROM ONE ANOTHER. SHE VALUES MY INPUT AS I DO HERS. SHE IS A DECENT COMPASSIONATE PERSON. OTHER MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS I GO TO ALSO HOLD HER IN HIGH ESTEEM AS A TOP NOTCH PHYSICIAN & PERSON AS THEY TOO ARE OF THE SAME PRESTIGIOUS CALIBER. I AM A KIDNEY TRANSPLANT OF OVER 20 YEARS NOW & VERY GRATEFUL TO HAVE HER AS MY FAMILY DOCTOR. THE ONLY PROBLEM IN THE OFFICE IS THAT IT'S HARD TO FIND GOOD HELP AND THAT'S NOT HER FAULT AS GOOD HELP IS RARE THESE DAYS!

Lakeshore Family Practice & "DR." Christy Ray are RUDE & unethical! Blocked us because we haven't been there in 3 years, considered us as "new patients" when we've been going there 20 years. Even our Vet has more class & gives us a yearly reminder for Layla's check up. I wouldn't go back if they asked! Most times they put you immediately on hold or you get a machine and they are closed for an hour and a half daily for lunch.
