What a Blessing
I ended up in the Baptist Health ER in Richmond. Had to have emergency surgery. I was more nervous about who the surgeon would be than I was about the surgery. Boy was I blessed. It was Dr. Knecht. Not only was my surgery a breeze, he is one of the most wonderful doctors we have encountered! And with my numerous health issues I have a team of good ones. He took time before the surgery to talk to us, answer my many questions making me feel totally at ease. His follow up since the surgery has been beyond exceptional. He is so down to earth, treats me with respect, is determined to provide the best possible care. I trust his knowledge and his ability. On top of it he has a great sense of humor! His office staff has been exceptional as well. God was watching over me that day! Thank you Dr. Knecht. You are the greatest.

Great surgeon
Great bedside manner, thorough, and respectful. Removed my appendix when I presented lower abdominal pain, as well as looked for endometriosis while there per my request. I would high recommend Dr. Knecht for your surgical needs!
