Rushed appointment
This doctor is knowledgeable but rushed through appointments. He does not try to explain serious conditions to the patient. The tech who came in first repeated, “moving right along” a ridiculous number of times. The questions she asked concerning new symptoms were never addressed by the doctor. Very disappointing

One of the worst things I have ever been through! Had cataract surgery done on Monday, when I went back over to his office immediately after surgery I was seen by another Dr. & he mentioned seeing a tear, but seemed to brush it off like no big deal, everything was good until Friday morning woke up & could not see anything out of that eye! Went immediately to their office was seen by someone else, sent me to Cranberry office, they immediately sent me to Monroeville! Had a staph infection in my eye, immediately got injections in my eye, with telling me they did not know if I would ever get my sight back! Had 3 different eye drops I had to put in my hour every hour, had to go to the Dr. everyday, to check pressure in my eye! When I finally got into Dr. Balouris office to talk to him, I mentioned the tear & he said he should have put a stitch in the tear, but for some reason he did not! With lots of extra Dr. bills & stress it has caused, unfortunately my sight is still not great!

Waiting time is ridiculous. Had to wait over an hour after my pupils were dilated.
