My father had surgery here, and the lack of care here is abysmal. They did not give him any pain relief whatsoever after surgery even when my father was crying in pain and they made him walk out of the facility with no wheelchair down a set of stairs with no railing. This is after major surgery and even when he said he couldn't walk! No one would answer calls or emails afterwards, too. No response via the portal. They take your money and leave you out to the curb--quite literally!

Went to him for FiLAC surgery, and he made my issues so much worse. He admitted that he made multiple mistakes during the surgery (including the wrong operation and at the wrong site). Seriously, when I thought the situation couldn't get worse, it did, and that was due to his complete and utter lack of competence. Do not go to see him or anyone at IBI Healthcare.

If I could give a zero I would. Do not go to this surgeon, go to a real hospital. Worst decision in my life and I will have to live the rest of my life with the outcome of what he did to me. I am only writing this review in the hopes it will save someone else from what I went thru, it’s not out of vengeance. Please find a reputable surgeon in a hospital that also has insurance to handle any catastrophic events.

From beginning to end, all my questions were answered. I am not sure why the bad experience for others, but I paid what I was quoted, and the care was excellent. The facility was clean as well as the staff treated me with respect and dignity. I really feel that it's not fair to lump someone into a negative category due to my not asking the right questions or doing what I instructed to do for a successfully ending. I lost the weight but didn't keep it off due to personal issues and nothing to do with doctor or facility. I would still recommend this place to someone seeking weight loss surgery if they can't find a better rate and care elsewhere :) IJS we all want a deal which I got with the EGS surgery.

mrs.constene is a very good and very polite nurse. i will like to cont. see her.and mrs.regina is have very veryyyyy good customer service. all employees needs to have customer service like her.

Thank you! This was my first visit to this office and it was a great experience. The doctor and staff were very professionalism and knowledgeable. They really put me at ease. Regina and McKenzie were able to answer all of my questions about the procedure and after care. Great job!

He made the appointment then failed to actually show up. his aftercare is horrid, and while he may be a good doctor, his patient care leaves a lot to be desired.

I came in expecting to get the run around but that did not happen. They listened to me and my concerns and suggested the procedure in which I needed to take and they also went forward with schedule my procedure. This place is awesome
