Dr. Chris Duplass, DO

I read the reviews and I am certain the 1 star review was not speaking to Dr. Duplass. At any point and time. That is not who he is. My family (my extended family as well) has followed this man from Lancaster County to West Chester for care. He is the only doctor we trust. Actually, I have referred at least 20 other patients to him. EVERY single person, EVERY time raves about this doctor. The practice itself is full of wonderful doctors, nurses, medical assistants, and support staff. Each and every visit is delightful, even when I feel like I have been run over by a mac truck. The environment and the people are comforting, and they listen. Never once has Dr. Duplass made me feel that my concerns were a nuisance to him. He LISTENS and he CARES. If you want exceptional care every time, this doctor will provide that.

Dr Duplass was on call for my primary Dr. Dr Keeler on 10/15/21 when I had a bad case of dried cough and needed advice from my physician, as I tried many over the counter treatment and nothing helped. He returned my call I said hello and introduce myself. His response was, what do you want? As I was explaining my condition he interrupted me and said in a very Condescending tone, I’m a on call Dr not a cough Dr and it’s after hours and if I can’t wait go to the hospital, go to the hospital and hang up the phone. A Dr like him should not be giving care because he has zero regard for people. I myself is a healthcare worker and was Appalled with Dr. Duplass behavior as a health professional. I would never be expected to be treated by a person standing on the street corner the way Dr Duplass did me. I would not recommend him to anyone, he is a disgrace to the profession.

I've been a patient of Dr Duplass for several years. Based on good listening skills and effective medical advice, I have a great deal of confidence in his care and treatments. I would definitely recommend Dr Duplass.
