Overcharge
For annual check that’s 100% covered by insurance, this doctor’s office makes it into two appointments, with the second one informing you the test results and then charging the patient and insurance company as an office visit. The doctor also promotes some soup and bars to acid reflux patients claiming they are good for losing weight without considering that the ingredients are actually bad for acid reflux patients. Very knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful doctor.
Went to Patient First @ Chantilly and he was very thorough with my examination for neck / arm numbness & pain. Did a EKG & Xray in office and felt fully cared for by doctor and team of practioners.

The doctor is not responsible and unprofessional! His office overcharged us and promised to modify the bill right after we found the problem. But they did nothing and they let the company charged us that wrong number! Later, we called them to discuss the billing issue. They just left the call without any notice, keeping us waiting for minutes. This is very disrespectful. Further, we called several times to the office since then but they never answered! This is very unprofessional and rude! I would not recommend any people to visit this doctor.
