Dr. He is not a good psychiatrist AT ALL. I have a learning disability that complicates my understanding of boundaries in this society as well as inappropriate behaviors that make others feel violated. My last visit with her was a follow up which happened a day after a terrible autistic meltdown that landed me in the ER (triggered by being punished at school which caused a psychiatric emergency). She was incredibly stern and did nothing but talk on and on about how harsh the "real world" is as well as things like jail, criminal charges, other legal action, being expelled from school, etc.... I believe she was intending to discourage me by being stern, but that's toxic therapy. When someone talks in a rude, harsh, or "no-nonsense" tone of voice, no matter what the reason is, that can cause my anxiety and fear to go up. She only elevated my fears that day which certainly did not help my situation. I absolutely do not recommend Dr. He and she should start thinking about retirement NOW.
