I went to Dr. Cheryl Winchell for years, and I hope to return to her when I return to Sebastian, Florida. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and an asset to her profession. I not only trusted her as my doctor, I also viewed her as a close friend.

Dr. Winchell is very professional. Easy to talk to. Works very hard at finding results for difficult diagnoses. I have been with her about 15 years. I felt very secure with her as my physician.

She’s the most amazing doctor in the Vero Beach market. I’ve only seen her for a few months but she’s remarkable at every level! Sadly she’s no longer at Well Med and it’s my loss as her former patient.
She’s so professional and caring. I would have to say she has, “no pier” in this market!!!
I have to rate her with 5 Stars because she’s the best in her field!!!

first time I saw her, she said she didn't have time to help me with another new medical issue, only the one I called in about. I said as my doctor she should address any concerns I have & walked out.

No way would I EVER recommend this office. I cannot even feel a 1 star is earned. Trying to get information on an upcoming procedure, and no return calls. No one picked up the phone. The first time I sat on hold for over 10 min. As I type, I am now currently at 29 min. During business hours. This office is unorganized, and unprofessional. How is it a cancer patient cannot get serious health issues answered? Reporting to FL Board of Health.

Love Dr. Winchell and her staff, but the reception area is awful. I have called several times for three different reports, they never seem to have them, and never call back. I leave messages for the doctors to call me back to change medication and that never happens. Its scary and inexcusable.

The turnover in this office is enormous! Either they're hiring incompetent employees, or not paying enough, or perhaps it's just an unpleasant place to work. ?? Dr. Winchell and her staff of medical professionals always are pleasant and knowledgeable. The front office staff, other than Suki, are reliably incompetent and unpleasant.

This DR discussed personal medical information about her patient “my husband,” to a mutual friend. Isn’t this an HIPPA ACT—seems to me she violated the law. Not to mention their staff was very unprofessional when a hospital visit was needed for an EEG-strangely there was no order for it! Their (DR’s excuse was...Oh... we’re in the process of changing our computer systems. What a waste of time for him to go! As well a waste of time to go see Winchell!

My mother loves Dr Winchell but can not stand the staff and their lack of calling patients back with any information. She is always told someone would call her and they will never call, my mother has to call. So because of this my mother is seeking a new Dr despite her feelings for Dr Winchell

Dr. Winchell has been my primary care physician for about 5 years. She has excellent overall knowledge plus a desire to heal issues, and keep her patients healthy. If there is any complaint about her, it is that she sometimes takes extra time with sick patients, so I need to wait a little long (10-15 minutes) for her.
