Very rude in every way and demeaning stay away she will make you feel worse about yourself than you already do. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

She is everything most reviewers are saying. She’s cold, rude, dismissive, judgmental and unprofessional. She got me on the right combination of meds, but her follow thru could use some improvement. I personally wouldn’t recommend.

Do not see this Doctor Rude, impersonal, no eye contact. If you want to get better do not see dr wills. Often makes you feel worse. She will just ignore your questions, and becomes argumentative.

She has zero to no bedside manner at all. I would never recommend this physician to someone with mental health disorders. She has a mouth to speak but no ears to hear.

Went to see her on 3 occasions and had a terrible experience each time. She seems to lack any compassion or empathy for her patients and I honestly don’t understand why she is in this field. I worry for any patient who sees her for help as she made my situation much more difficult than necessary. I’ve seen doctors for 20 years for medications and mental health, she is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Dr. Wills worked with teens with whom I also worked. She has amazing diagnostic skills. I have found her to be committed to her patients and caring about their successes. She would review a child's chart at my request and advise me on an appropriate course of action, as well as help me understand the child's behaviors. She is brilliant!

Knowledgeable and kind

If you are looking for a compassionate Dr, DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR! I went to see her for years and I stopped because at my last visit I told her I had lost my job, she "said good, those poor people did not need some depressed person working with them anyway". She also said "they've probably been looking for an excuse to get rid of you".... REALLY is that something you say to a patient who is severely depressed and at times suicidal? I think NOT! Please reconsider going to see her.

Horrible, shes cold & impersonal

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wills for nearly 3 years. It took me a long time to trust her but she has helped me improve so much. She finally got me on the right combination of meds after years of other psychiatrists not taking me seriously. I have severe trust issues but trust Dr. Wills completely. She is very professional but also friendly, and she does not sugarcoat anything. She tells it like it is and can be strict but fair.

Dr. Wills is so cold and unfriendly, she makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. I was out of my medication and it took 9 messages for her to respond then took her another few day to get me in. She didn't care that I was not on my meds - no rush on her end. Total doctor negligence on her part. I never ever want to see this doctor again, one of the worst. The staff isn't great either.

This provider hardly makes eye contact as she types her interpretationof what you say into her computer. She offers little to no valuable information or advice, and appears to have no passion for what she does. She does not smile. A very unfortunate choice for any mental patient.

She is a psychologist. She's not there to be your friend but to medically help you. I have been a patient for over a year and can see why people might say that, but you have to remember her job is to ask the questions asked to treat you.

She does not communicate well, does not seem to be invested. Dr. Wills is robotic, and disconnected. I tried, I forced myself to give it time, however it never improved. I continue to struggle and have to start the process over. Very frustrated to have such a disappointing experience with a UH doctor. I should have read the reviews and also figure she was the soonest available because her practice is not thriving.

I understand the comments of previous reviewers regarding Dr. Wills and felt the same at first. However, over time (a year now) she has warmed up to me and become a bit more personable. I can say the same thing for MOST of her staff. It really should be the other way around though. Patients (customers) shouldn't have to get their doctors or their staff to feel more comfortable! ?? She does seem to know what she's doing medically, as she has put me on the right path and I'm very thankful.

Exactly like, -kags in Solon, Ohio - March 07, 2016: She's cold and impersonal. She bypasses questions and not interest in details. Very intimidating. Not a good listener. I mainly didn't care for her comparing my son to other patients, which, I thought was going out of bounds of patient/doctor relationship. Mentioning the probability of suicide in front of the patient is not a good thing. A patient that's not strong or sensitive could ponder on that thought. Wished I had of researched first.

Such a cold, impersonal experience, despite having to divulge private info. I kept with her, trying to give her a chance for her to become more personable. No improvement. She shoots off questions (reading from a computer) and types them in -- looking at the keyboard or screen (rare eye contact). Several questions were useless, silly. Most questions were fired at me quickly and seemed to be wanting a similar quick response with no details. Seemed irritated when I shared details.
