Dr. Cherry Chandi, MD

20 years and still a patient. You will not find a Doctor who cares more. Makes all the small practice issues a none issue.

Dr. Chandi has been my primary since 2012 and have found her to be very attentive and detailed oriented from the start. She never has rushed me and has always checked my meds and kept me current with all vaccinations. I have complete confidence in her and look forward to many healthy years!!

I have never left an online review, but this is warranted: Wait times nearly an hour (pre-COVID) in an overcrowded waiting room. Staff ignores anyone entering the door; responses are rude when addressing them. They seem unhappy to be there. Still not seeing patients in-person (as of July, 2021) unless she wants to bill for a physical which, if not scheduled immediately, withholding of prescriptions is promised by staff. Closed Wednesday afternoons and no weekend or late afternoon appts. Staff does not return calls for prescription refills; leveraged pharmacy as liaison the entire past year. Last request for a telehealth appointment to review meds took OVER A WEEK for a response with no contrition for delay. No portal, no e-communication so any communication from doc equates to $$$$. Tests conducted for reflux; told this was not causal to ongoing issues when, in fact, a CareNow physician accurately diagnosed and treated two months later.

Dr. Chandi is a wonderful caring doctor, but some of the staff are a bit rude and hateful. I have a hard time getting my prescription filled, the pharmacy will try to get them refilled but no luck. I will call and leave messages several times to call them into pharmacy to be refilled. Been trying to get one filled as of today for almost two weeks now with no luck, told them on the answering machine I need blood work still no reply. One of the best Doctors I’ve every had but by far the worst practice I’ve ever been to. I guess I will have to find a new Doctor because I’m tired of calling to get my prescription filled. Really hate to get another doctor because I really like Dr. Chandi

Horrible practice! Makes you come in every three months for check up and blood work. If you cancel or reschedule they will not fill your prescriptions. I think they are abusing the insurance companies.

Always listens to what I say, addresses the problems head on, very direct.

She takes time to listen to you. No rushing here. Very personable and friendly. She doesn't make you wait which is nice. Office staff is actually nice which is a big plus.
