Dr. Booth was very thorough in my examination to determine if the problem had been diagnosed correctly in the past. From that point surgery was discussed, but not until she had all the facts. It has been 3 weeks since surgery. I have been told the full recovery period for your hearing is 6 months. However, I am already hearing better than ever before out of this ear.

Difficult to get help
Saw this fine Dr for years but recently required support while on vacation and waited for 2 days with no return call. Had to visit ER and was told to follow with my Doctor upon my return. Called for an appointment and was told 2 weeks even to see a PA, this for a current patient? Turns out I have a raging ear infection and PCP placed me on antibiotics which are not working. Currently searching for new ENT. This is not the place to go when you really need help

Hands down the BEST doctor I have ever had. I spent 4 years dealing with vertigo, dizziness and hearing loss. I was dismissed my cardiologists, ENTs and internist. It wasn’t until my pre-med daughter persuaded me to continue searching for answers. Low and behold, Dr Booth found the answers. She is extremely thorough, and hands down the BEST surgeon. I’m now on the road to recovery. I just had a follow up appointment today. I’m so elated with my results and can’t thank Dr Booth enough for caring so much for her patients!

I want to thank doctor Cherie Booth in Plano, Texas, for helping me get some hearing back when other doctors gave up on me. I lost all of my hearing seven days after getting the Pfizer vaccine. The first doctor I went to did the proper protocol, but he gave up after three weeks. My appointment to see Dr. Booth was at the same week. So I decided not to give up and check with her. She gave me aggressive steroid treatments, and it helped. What a great decision. I got some of my hearing back. I am using hearing aids now, which also helps. I am forever grateful for Dr. Booth's excellent skills as an ENT doctor and a kind and caring doctor. She held my hand during the uncomfortable moments of the treatments in my inner ears. No doctor has ever done this before for me. Also, the staff just seemed genuinely interested and caring.

I have been a patient of Dr. Booth for about 10 years. She is such a great doctor I’ve followed her practice from the North Ft. Worth area where I first met her and continued seeing her even when she moved 35 miles away to Plano/McKinney offices. She is such a kind professional doctor who really is very knowledgeable about Meniere’s Disease and she helps me on my journey through this disease. I’m so glad she’s my doctor and I am very comfortable recommending her to you for any ENT problem.

Dr. Booth is one of the most caring specialists I've been too (and I've seen many). She listens attentively and NEVER discounts or downplays symptoms or patient reports of perceived symptoms. She is thorough and takes her time to explain things in an easy to understand way. Exceptional bedside manner dealing with difficult conditions.

I love Dr. Booth. She is very caring and very thorough with each patient. As a Meniere’s patient, I was very stressed and frightened by the condition when I first was referred to her. Her calm manner and compassionate attitude immediately gave me hope. She has guided me through the ups and downs of this disease with exceptional medical knowledge and great kindness.

Dr. Booth was great from the moment I first met with her. She is treating me for Menieres Disease and I am hopeful that she will get me through this. The staff from the front desk to the Nurses are great and I never wait more than 15 min to be taken back. Thank you so much to all.

When I was faced with an unknown condition, most doctors I saw (PCP, neurologists, etc) we’re very dismissive and seemed uninterested in finding out the cause. Dr. Booth was very thorough and completed all necessary exams to ensure I had the correct diagnosis. I was so thankful for her expertise and help. She is one of the BEST doctors I have ever had. Highly recommend her!!!

Cancelled my appointment when they (the front Desk)said I had been removed because Dr. Booth had surgery. That I understand. Don't understand why I could not get an appt. with her for MUCH further in the future. This was a referral from my neurosurgeon.

I waited 1 hour 30 min to get into the room even with my appointment. Then I waited another 15 min to see the doctor. I was not alone - there were many other people (in waiting area) who were waiting for at least 45 min. This office seems to let everyone comes in and let us wait. Although Dr. Booth was very knowledgeable and friendly, I was not happy at all for long waiting. (My appointment was 2:45 but I got out at 5:15.) They should stop overbooking patients, and manage better.

Dr Booth is great. I love her....she's a kind, empathetic doctor. But the front desk is awful. They are inflexible and callous. I had an allergy test scheduled and called while I was on my way to let them know I was running 10-15min late. The front desk woman promptly told me I would have to reschedule. Despite my explaining that I was literally 10-15min away, she did not care. Frustrating when you find a doctor/specialist you really like but their staff makes it extremely difficult to see them

Dr. Booth is mine for life ! I will never change! It is so hard to find someone who knows and truly admits knowledge of Menerires Disease ! Not everyone gets the same symptoms all the time someone they come in over time. which is what mine did. It was such a blessing to finally have a Dr who knew what i was going through and completely understanding! Others Ive been do would just sit and nod their head and give such a generic reply I knew they has no idea! Not Dr. Booth she is awesome.

Dr. Booth is a great doctor! She seems like a friend every time we have an appointment. My 87 year old mother in law has had a couple of tubes put in at the office. She just had a surgery to put in a permanent tube.recently. Dr. Booth was professional and personable as she assured her before the surgery that all those bad things that can happen are very rare and not to worry. My husband saw her when he was diagnosed with ataxia. A vestibular therapist was recommended with great results.

I like and trust Dr. Booth but since she joined the new practice, things have gone badly. I would be told my appointment was at one time only to find out when I got there it was a different time. Staff would tell me to come 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork I'd already filled out. I'd arrive and wait 40 minutes only to be told that there was another hour wait. Or arrive to find the doctor wasn't there at all. The staff is the problem. Looks like I have to find a new Dr. Sad about it.
