Well being health of Patient
Was a patient for over 12 years. Dr. Andrew's sent a message through her Nurse instead of having me come I'm the office for a followup. It was a high stress matter. Regardless of the stress source your health should always be first priority as a patient. Also, i asked for a test to be done for some symptoms i was dealing with and the response from Dr.Andrews was oh you're too young. They already drew blood and billed my insurance so not sure why my concern wasnt taken with care and my blood tested as requested. I have discontinued going to Dr Andrews and also my daughters Disappointed serviced to have been a long time patient.

I've been seeing Dr. Andrews for many years, usually just for my annual physical. Sometimes for other issues and she always takes care of me. I appreciate she never makes me feel rushed. She takes time to listen and talk to me about what is going on. She helps me find answers and tells me when I need to see a specialist. Dr. Andrews has also taken good care of my daughter for many years.

I've been seeing Dr. Andrews for 10+ years. When I started seeing her, FHCA was one of the nearest facilities to my home but, over the years, a dozen offices have opened that are closer. I see no reason to even try any of them- I'm that happy with Dr. Andrews' compassion and knowledge as well as the short wait times in office. For the most part, the staff at FHCA are friendly. Only negative for me: Dr. Andrews no longer personally returns calls & it often takes 2 calls to get "nurse" to reply.

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I was looking for a new doctor and switch to Dr. Andrews because of the good reviews. Big mistake! You can't even get into this doctor when you are sick. I called yesterday and spoke to Sabrina who told me to call first thing today there were appointments available and that I should get in. I call and spoke with Mattie who told me I could bring my daughter in on Monday because Dr. Andrews is particular about seeing new patients. She is sick!!

Cheri Andrews, D.O. has a cold demeanor and shows great irritation with a new patient's attempts at self-diagnosis and discussion of symptoms even when the symptoms are severe. When I discreetly expressed my concerns with a staff member, instead of talking to me or having my file moved to another physician?s care within the large practice, Dr. Andrews demonstrated low medical ethics & extreme pettiness by terminating our physician-patient relationship and having me banned from FHCA.
