CEO office manager needs a new job
I had a appointment with Doctor Soo yesterday and there was a woman with him that was very out of control about there not getting paid by workman's comp on my claim I have been seeing Dr Soo for over 5 years the lady was very nasty when I told her that I needed more information and the proof that the claim had been denied I have never had any problems with them until now everytime I go in there there's new help the coding expires once a year and they have to recode it I'm not a medical coding person that has to be done by the doctor's office staff and when I mentioned that the CEO was very nasty to me and told me that i wasn't going to tell her what I needed to talk to workman's comp and said it was up to me to take care of this it's not my job I'm not the coding person she ended up kicking me out and there not going to see me anymore so be careful this place is not good at billing but expects you to do it for them.

Excellent doctor and surgeon!
My mother has been to many spine surgeons and has had 5 recent major surgeries. His work was stunningly successful! After almost 10 years of being stooped over and wheelchair bound, she can now walk. Thank you!

So far great!
I went to my appointment two days ago and Dr. went over my complete MRI with me and explained it in extreme detail. I have been to several other doctors over the last four years and gotten nowhere. Seems like I’m on the right track now! Was very caring took time to speak with me, and the staff was great.

Neck surgery
I don't usually complain, but I never healed and have been miserable since this was in 2019. To top all things I was charged twice on my out of pocket and it was sent to collections! I am still dealing with that and it is almost 2023!!!!!! The doctor is also very hard to understand which made me feel uncomfortable. After the surgery I never actually see the doctor again. I am going into surgery in a few weeks to fix what he did, and my life has been nothing but miserable since this was done! Really to top everything being charged twice and being sent to collections and having to fight that just makes this much worse. I am a NP and I understand things happen, and not everything is as planned, but this situation could have been a lot better!

Dr Soo is a great Dr! When our family physician retired, I needed to find someone who could help with my back pain. From the very first appointment, Dr Soo has been nothing but kind. He has found the problem and has made sure that I am comfortable. Great bedside manner, compassionate and caring. If you have back problems, I would highly recommend!

This man should find a new line of work. Went to him for a back injury. He gave me pain med and sent me to hie physical therapist, who was good. Six weeks later, pain was same. He told me there was nothing more he could do. I needed to get used to the pain. He could increase pain meds as needed. I sought a second doctor's opinion. He saw the problem on the same mri and said he fixes this all the time. With minor surgery he did fix me. If you just want drugs, go to dr. Soo. If you want real help

I would like to retract a review I made earlier. I have spoken with my doctor and now understand he was having changes in staff that caused a mix up in my meds not being called in. Dr. Soo is a wonderful Dr with a skilled hand. I had surgery about 15 month's ago. It was successful and i have feelings back in my extremities. I am grateful for his expertise. I highly recommend him for back surgery. His bedside manner is also very good.

Dr Sop was very nice but his office staff does not return phone calls. Dr Sop said to call immediately if physical therapy does mot help. Called Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Mon. Finally received a call on Tues. In the meantime we had no choice but to find another dr. One week to return a phone call on a patient is unacceptable!

If you get a morning appointment you will not have much problems with waiting. Most people don't understand that the reason Doctors are usually late is because of inconsiderate patients. Dr. Soo has treated me with kindness, respect, and did a wonderful job of surgery. I would and have recommended him to my family and friends.

I WAITED IN THE LOBBY OVER 45 MINUTES. I ASKED TWICE ABOUT THE DELAY AND WAS REPEATEDLY TOLD, I WAS NEXT. WHEN I FINALLY WAS TAKEN TO THE BACK,THE NURSE QUICKLY TOOK MY VITALS AND WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE. I STOPPED HER AND ASKED HOW MUCH LONGER I WOULD BE WAITING. SHE ADVISED THE DR WAS RUNNING LATE AND STILL HAD ANOTHER PATIENT AHEAD OF ME. IT WAS ALREADY ALMOST 5PM AND MY APPT WAS AT 345P. AND THIS APPT HAD ALREDY BEEN RESCHEDULED BY THE DR OFFICE. I WAS LIVID & DEMANDED MY COPAY BACK. NEVER AGAIN!
