If I could give ten stars I would
Dr. Russ is hands down the most amazing doctor I have met. She is passionate about her job and always takes time explaining things. She always makes sure to hear any concerns or worries and she will help in any way she can. She doesn’t rush to get to her next patient. I have been at Thameside for three years now and whenever I can request someone I will always request her, I lost my son in 2021 and she has been the only one who truly cared and went the extra mile to figure out what happened. She isnt judgmental and always listens. Thank you Dr. Russ for all of your hard work! You’re the best

Dr Russ is always respectful and pleasant towards her patients. She listens and addresses all your concerns and questions respectfully and she doesn’t make you feel that you’ve asked a stupid question unlike some doctors.

Great Doctor
Dr. Russ listens to all concerns/questions and provides great feedback without judgement. She also explains everything very thoroughly and I feel very comfortable having her as my doctor.
