Dr. Chee-Yeung Chan, MD

I was referred to Dr. Chan after unexpected abnormalities were detected in my blood work that was done for an upcoming surgery. I was VERY impressed with the way Dr. Chan explained what was going on in a way that I could understand. He took a lot of time with me and answered all my questions and came up with a reasonable interim plan to address my issue in order to have clearance for my surgery. He also called me directly several times to explain my follow-up results and review next steps. He also responded quickly to questions submitted via the patient portal. I would highly recommend Dr. Chan and am grateful for his care.

Attempted to schedule an appointment with his office as my OBGYN recommended a visit and sent over a referral. I had to call the office multiple times to make them aware of the referral. When an RN did call (over 2 weeks later) she told me I had to come in the next day - Unfortunately I was unable to make the following day as I work full time, I was than told she would follow up with me. I only heard back after calling 5 more times over the next week. The same RN told me that I could come in 2 hours following her next call as that was the only avaiable appointment. After telling her that I was unable to make that appointment as I work in a hospital over an hour away from the apt, she responds that she would not accommodate my schedule and I could leave work now. Ended up scheduling with another doctor. Very rude unprofessional staff who are not willing to work with you

Dr. Chan is the most available doctor I've ever had. I can have answers to questions in a matter of minutes through email. He is willing to work with me and listens to me, working my suggestions and concerns into his treatment plan. Best endo I've ever had, and I've a few
