The receptionist comes off as a gate keeping troll
Nothing, I’m a referral from the Emergency hospital. Ms Song would not schedule me an appointment, and asked a ton of questions???She claims to be a nurse, though she is selective about whom she lets see the Doctor. I left a message on the 10th and never got a call back. So I called back on the 12th of September to be given the business.

not happy at all. Cannot get an appointment. Staff never returns calls. Pretty sad when you need infectious disease doctor and they don't care enough to help

Dr. Harfouch has been caring for my wife for around four years. She has an inoperable wound and other serious maladies that are prone to infection. He is an extremely capable physician and more importantly is one of very few that is even capable of 'thinking out of the box'. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

Administration is extremely poor. 90% of telephone calls went to voicemail and 90% of messages go unreturned. It took a call from my primary to get Harfouch's office to respond.
