Excellent service and care
Every visit has exceeded my expectations. Dr. Vu and her staff go above and beyond in every way. Friendly, knowledgeably, professional and caring. Also, this is one of the cleanest offices I have ever seen! I definitely recommend Dr Vu.

A doctor that does not care about her patients
Last year my teen and I went to see Dr. Vu. It was a horrible appointment. She rushed us. This month CVS had not contacted us about the refill, so I called, and they stated no refills were left. I called the office to see if I could make an appointment and get ONE refill on her prescription since they don't have any appointments available for several weeks. They checked with the doctor, and she wouldn't even allow one refill. My daughter washes with her gel daily, as it says on the prescription. No one from the office called or emailed to advise hey, it's time to make your yearly appointment. I go to the dentist and a few different doctors . All of them make a courtesy call or text or email. Heck, even the veterinarian does this. My teen starts high school next month, and she breaks out whenever she doesn't use the cream. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. She only cares about money. It's obvious she does not care about her patients.

Really disappointed. I have been going to this dermatologist since hs but now I and my family will have to switch to a different provider. I had a benign 3mm mole removed and was told no significant complications would occur. However, I formed a keloid and the wound site has gotten significantly worse. It has been 3 months since removal and I have not received one follow up call nor did the doctor see me in my post op visit as a staff member removed my stitches and gave me no further post op information or healing prognosis. I called the office on 3/1 at 10:14am to speak with the doctor of my concerns (every medical provider I have gone to has always taken messages and talked to patients of any concerns occurring from treatment... so I am confused why you cannot speak to the doctor here) yet the front desk was extremely unprofessional and would not let me leave a message. Instead I was told to book a series of appts because the office prioritizes $$ over patient concerns. No thanks!

I feel this physician is very under-educated in terms of skin conditions. I have hx of squamous and basal, and have numerous spots, so I expect my total body check to take more than 1 minute. I expressed my concern about this to her, but she just said, "as we get more experienced, we get faster." She had only been in dermatology for 10 years???. Warning-she practices from fear, so if you are in any kind of pain, do not see this physician. I had shingles and she recommended Tylenol???

Disappointed, lack of results, continued charges. Went for swollen knuckle. Diagnosed wart and they tried 3 times to burn it off. Did not work so did laser removal of entire knuckle area with open wound with pain. Not successful either just came back. Did this 2 more times without positive result. Asked for a no charge since had spent already over $700 and was told they could only pay for the lab test. Received bill. Said they never said that. Paying another $70. Going to different doctor.

Dr. Vu is the best dermatologist I've had so far. I've been through 2 previous dermatologists who both were equally indifferent to my concerns as a 20 y/o female college student with terrible cystic acne. Acne isn't life threatening, but it can impact your school/social life at a time where you really want to focus without worrying about self-confidence. Dr. Vu's approach to my personal treatment is warm, effective, and very reassuring. She has my complete confidence as a patient.

I was very happy with my visit with Dr. Vu. I didn't feel rushed at all. She took the time to explain things in detail and I'm confident in her recommendations. We discussed concerns and she offered solutions for some things I had tried to have taken care of by other dermatologists and physicians but got nowhere. Wish I had gone to her years ago. I found the staff to be very nice as well. The wait time didn't seem too long. Sadly, I'm not accustomed to this level of service.

Not the service I ask for ! Identify these parasites or mites on me, and help me get rid of them. She said people have bugs inside and out that is normal, I want my money back
