I came in to see Dr. Hand to get lip filler to achieve a subtle enhancement. Dr. Hand made sure to address my concerns, as this was my first time getting filler. I was worried about looking “overdone,” but she was quick to assure me that her aim is to be tasteful with fillers. I was able to see before and after examples on her Instagram, which helped ease my mind. I’m in love with how my lips look now and it really gave me a confidence boost. She even helped me sign up for their rewards program and helped me save some money! The staff was friendly, welcoming and made me feel important during my appointment. I’ll be recommending this office to my friends

I took my mom in to have a skin cancer removed and Dr Hand was very nice to her and explained everything she was going to do. My mom just loved her. The other staff treated my mom very well also. We will be back and have found a great dermatologist.

I booked an appointment after reading some of the other 100-plus 5 star reviews of Dr. Hand and DSCCA on Google. Every part of this experience was 10 out of 10. Entire staff was nice and positive, wait time in the lobby and check-in was smooth and quick, and Dr. Hand was the best part. She got to know me as a patient and conducted my appointment thoroughly without dragging it out and wasting my time. She did her own examination but also asked what my specific concerns were and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Hand put together a good plan that I was on board with for future monitoring as well. The office looks great and has obviously been refreshed and updated recently which I really appreciated, as I really prefer an elevated experience when I go to the doctor. PLUS, they have the cosmetic options that I want in addition to general dermatology and skin cancer-related treatment and detection. Highly recommend, will be back, and you should too. Run, don't walk, to DSCCA!!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful with everything from my appointment to getting me the products that I decided to purchase. Dr. Hand was very nice when she came in and did my treatment for frown lines quickly and was very gentle. I loved the whole experience.

I am in my 30s now and use to lay in tanning beds and decided to make an appointment for a full body assessment (receptionist said it'd be an hour appointment) just to be on the safe side. Dr. Hand was cold when entering the room (with a whole covey of other women, I'm not sure if they were students or additional staff because she never introduced them or even asked if it was ok they were present). She then asked me if I had any spots of concern. I showed her a few that I knew off the top of my head and she looked at them, said they were fine, and asked if I had any more concerns. I said, 'Well they said this would be an hour appointment and you'd do a full body scan' to which she said, 'yeah we really on look at spots you're concerned with'. This is one of the only dermatologists that my insurance accepts and was a complete waste of time and money. I really have never been treated so poorly by a Doctor and she truly acted like I was a waste of her time.

First & foremost, the dermatologist, Dr Hand, answered my questions & thoroughly evaluated my concerns with expertise. From calling the office for an appointment, checking in & all other conversations with the staff, I was treated with professionalism, respect, & positivity, which is lacking in some doctor offices. It’s so important we stay proactive in our own health. I am very particular when it comes to my family’s health & I look for the most skilled, personable physicians & a staff who welcomes all. I will return to this dermatologist!

Dr. Hand is very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable about various dermatological conditions. The office staff was very nice and helpful with filling out intake paperwork. The office is newly renovated and very clean. I never felt rushed or anything less than her priority. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Hand and her office to anyone looking for a great dermatologist to establish care with!

Dr. Hand took over for my original provider who retired. I did not even see her on my last trip until the proceedure was done . Poor comunication. I asked a question and was told to talk to someone else by her
