My son has been going to Dr.Charles since he was an infant until he just turned 18. I have always loved the fact that I call the office & they knew exactly who I was. Dr. Charles answered the phone sometimes! When my son was sick, I got an appointment right away. I never waited in their waiting room, I don't think I ever sat down! My son & I both trusted Dr. Charles decisions. He was admitted to the hospital recently, the staff called daily to check on him. Dr. Charles & staff is the best!
