Dr. Charles Schott, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Schlott for almost 6 years due to an early heart attach in my late 30’s. I feel that my appointments are rushed—there is a lack of information from him, even if I ask a specific question or voice a concern. I recently had an experience with heart palpitations that were abnormal and scary; during my visit he never asked for any details regarding the incident. At this point, I feel there’s more of a risk remain his patient. While I realize he may not have the answer, I find it unacceptable that he cannot communicate that, nor ask about the event that prompted to me to make an emergency appointment. I was told to order a device from Amazon and send him the results if/when it happens again.

Horrible experience! I read my test results on my patient portal and immediately had concerns and questions. Being that NO ONE contacted me, I called 3 times (spoke to Kathy, Chelsea and Alexis) and still no one or even Dr. Schott returned my calls. My test results indicated that I have Coronary Atherosclerosis yet it was never addressed. My records were also sent to my Primary doctor who ALSO DROPPED THE BALL!!!! I just received a letter from my insurance company telling me that after looking at all of my test results that I need to seek immediate medical treatment since this could lead to a stroke, heart attack or even death. Would you recommend this practice, to anyone? I certainly can't!

Dr. Schott is such a kind and accessible physician. He's been my doctor for 30 years, so that should tell you something.
