Unsatisfied with staff
I have only met Dr schlosser, once he seemed nice so I cannot comment yet on his treatment but I can say that I have tried to reach his office several times and no one ever answers the phone and I have left numerous messages with no callbacks. I even went into office in tears bc my pain is so bad & ws trying to find out if my epidural was approved& they told me no it was not. Then the very next day I received a letter from insurance stating it was approved & had been 5 days prior to me going into office and asking them. So I just tried to call them again and ask them when can I get appt & of course they didn't answer. I will probably discuss this with the dr if I don't decide to go somewhere else before I see him. Bc this is very inappropriate for people that are suffering.

Has been treating me to help my back, hips and knees pain. Trying the next steps in the next 5 weeks. He is upfront and blunt about your condition. A nice change to have a no hiding of health issues to have.

Dr. Schlosser is very caring, easy to talk to and cares about his patients. He has saved my life. I suffer with chronic IC.
